This company is really great. They installed the system in my house last year which replaced an old SEER 10 with a SEER 16 system which has reduced my electricity bill. The guy who does the quotes Tyler never pressured me and let his bids do the talking. The system worked great. until their was this strong odor which really bothered us. This is where I thought oh no...but each time I called IME we got a follow up that day which is pretty great. I know that so far this story doesn't sounds not too good. However the company stands behind their products and their Tech Staff does too. I found out that from time to time some systems will have a smell and there is simple fix. The tech sprayed Bio Fresh which basically is anti-bacterial, anti-mold, and anti-bacteria spray in the intake with the filter removed. The system then runs on cool for 2 hours and works through the system. Now the smell is gone so I am writing this review which is way overdue. Last thing is when you have a service form them they give you a 4 hour window and they have always come during the time window which is great. I have had a great experience with IME LLC. Great company and very competitive pricing. FYI Cesar, Jake and Justin are Tech Staff that assisted me great job guys.

About 2 weeks ago had them install a new AC unit in my attic as I'm getting ready to sell my place. I was referred to them by a very satisfied coworker. I couldn't have made a better decision! These guys were on point from start to finish! I have no complaints...and neither did my local building inspector when he checked their work! They were in and out in less than a day. I've since referred them to about 3 other coworkers. You can't beat their prices. I tried. I'm very glad that they aren't some fly-by-night company who won't pass inspection. Now when i put my thermostat (which came with the system) on 70 degrees, it actually feels like 70 degrees! Thank you, IME for a job well done!

Dillon came out and cleaned out the condensation drain line. Got our system up and running in twenty minutes. He was very knowledgeable and informative. Professional service from start to finish. Great job!

The ac went out last night and Dillon from Integrated Mechanical came first thing today to fix it. He was so friendly, professional and knowledgeable! Within a few minutes, he diagnosed the issue and also checked the warranty for us. Thank you Dillon!

Jake is my contact person with this company for almost two weeks since I've started getting quotes for the total system installation. Jake is very responsive and took time to explain about their services. Their crew also punctual came right on time finished as expected. I was completely satisfied with their services

Had some work performed by IME tech Dillon last week when my unit stop blowing cool air. Dillon was very professional, courteous, and got me fixed up in a timely manner. I was very appreciative of the A1 service.

IME set up the AC for our new home a few years ago. They have been great to work with in all maintenance calls. Jake was very helpful and patient in helping set up the recent service contract. Yashua came today for our Spring service and was very professional and thorough. Highly recommend.

Jeremy came out today to service our unit. He educated me on the issue and what I could do to prevent the issue from arising again in the future. He’s been in the HVAC industry for 22 years and was a simple, down to earth guy. Honest and showed great integrity. Jeremy, you’re the man, thank you for being you and helping me out.

IME is contracted with my builder for warranty repairs. I called them Monday 10/5/20 about a banging sound I’ve been hearing. They sent Yashua out that afternoon and he resolved the issue. I then purchased a semi annual maintenance plan and he came out again today to inspect everything. Super nice, friendly and KNOWLEDGEABLE. The type of person who you can trust to come in your home. I’m very pleased with the service I got and plan to be a long term customer. It’s hard to find good people and such a relief when you do. Thank you!!
