we installed new HVAC system from IME about a year and half back and now we have an issue with cooling and we made a call to their support desk to have someone come to check on the unit. The support manager is now trying to sell maintenance package so they can make the service call and make some money. These people are just out to get your money, so please go to other companies to buy new systems that are covered fully during warranty period.

I purchased two complete AC units form IME and was pleased with installation of a Lennox unit on one of our rental properties.
For second unit i purchased the Lennox 3.5 tons, Elite series EL16XC1-041 compressor and the Lennox 4 tons CBX25UHV-0048 air handler.
To make this review short and concise, i will just list itemized where it went horribly wrong.
    - Technician installed compressor unleveled about 20 deg.
    - Technician refused to attempt to level the unit until Kyle the salesman asked them to do so.
    - Technician used one of my shovels to dig a big hole in my yard to get dirt to compensate for the very poor job of leveling the compressor and left the shovel in the hole and still the compressor is unlevel by more than 2 inches.
    - installed 7/8 copper line and left it above my attic floor about 2.5 feet and would not use any elbow joints to place the new copper line as the others, flush to the attic floor.
    - I paid for partial duct replacement to get rid of the old gray crumbling duct work. The technician did not replace all of the agreed duct work and even worked on the incorrect duct.
    - Filter base is bent and rivet popping out because the tech bent and shaped the thin metal base on our cement side walk taking no care for the damage.
    - My heart was broken when the techs destroyed my plenum and left it leaking valuable air all around as they cut the plenum about 1.5 inches tool large around the entire unit and used buckets of mastic to attempt to fill the gap which they were telling me that the plenum was already damaged which is a lie as it was professionally checked by our yearly maintenance with another AC contractor.
    - The plenum leaks and looks horrible and when the salesman Kyle told the tech to attempt to fix the poor work, the tech went in the attic and cut open the top of the plenum causing more damage and leaks and poored in more of the sealing mastic which did not fix. Now i NEED a NEW Plenum and it's been over 3 days and the plenum has not been replaced nor has the city inspector been out to perform the inspection.
    - I purchased the $450.00 M30 thermostat which they'd never installed before and seem to have no knowledge of the product installation or programming. Of which i had to read and figure how to get the unit to work.
    - The techs seemed more interested in taking personal phone calls on their phones which was a big distraction as i work from home.
    - I paid for an additional air intake to be installed in my office to accommodate 4 Tons air handler but he cut the huge hole too big for the grill which bent and had paint knocked off the grill due to his rough handling. Two screws were used to attach the top of the grill but left the bottom two screws out because the hole was incorrectly cut and could not be screwed down, so he left the grill swinging freely by the two top screws. Kyle came the next day with a larger grill but even that one was not mountable because of the incorrectly cut hole in my wall so i'm left with finding a solution to get the grill correctly mounted.
    - They never check for proper air flow so some area have large volumes of air coming out of the air registers while other rooms have little to NO air flow.
    - The techs left so much trash and insulation in the air handler's area that the $75.00 4 inch filter base was already clogged up when the unit was in operation.
    - apparently the techs which one spoke english and the other pretended not to understand when i made request for them to fix all items before they leave which upset them as they left many large pieces of broken cinder blocks and much in my driveway and many pieces of the large ties in my front yard use the secure the ducts.

Full updated review on YELP as IT"S NOW MUCH WORSE!
It is now 3/4/2019 and this install started 2/11/2019 and still not properly installed or adjusted. now the head tech just defaced my air handler with extra 5 holes to cover for the ones they striped using an impact driver for a screw driver. I will be seeking legal actions against this TERRIBLE COMPANY AND SERVICE.

I only do reviews when I am 1000% please... i'm writing in this in lieu of my mother whom IME did an AC and gas furnace replacement units for. She had a great experience starting with their lead tech Jeremy who helped and advised what she should do with her 22 year old system that was on its last leg. She then got connected with Tyler Martin in sales who was fantastic. He took in account what her budget was and what best fit her home. Both employees and the install crew were all so knowledgable in the trade it was an easy choice for my mother, and we couldn't be happier. Thank you!!!

Nothing but issues from the install 6 years ago to a recent service call that cost $1700 mostly Freon at $110/lb. These guys are shady. Beware

We needed both AC units replaced at our home as they both failed within a couple days of each other in the Texas heat. After quoting with 5 different installers IME had the best price, and fastest availability, without trying to upsell us.
The install crew worked in an organized manner, cleaned after themselves extremely well, and to be frank left my attic wiring and piping more organized than they found it! They replaced the AC and furnace for both upstairs and downstairs and were done in a few hours. Seriously impressive work and excellent price compared to all the other quotes we got.

Kyle Cooper was amazing every step of the way! He had great communication and work ethic! He was fast and respectful of my time and got the job done with no problem! Don’t even think twice about booking them, it’s definitely the right decision! If you’re looking for a reasonable price and professional installment this is the place to go! -Jalloh

The HVAC system for my townhome needed to replace. I had some outrageous estimates from other vendors to replace the complete system with a new furnace. IME provided a very reasonable estimate for the work with no additional charges such as a crane. Kyle Cooper was on time to assess and provide a complete estimate. The team that showed up to the work were there at 8am and did a great job. Everything was done professionally and I cannot recommend this company enough. I have passed their contact information onto my family members.

Salesman Jake Stastny had me take some pictures of my inside and outside units and send them to him and then he quoted me a great price on a new 4 ton, 16 seer American standard unit. I scheduled the work immediately because I didn't want the quote to change and they came out a couple weeks later exactly when scheduled. The actual work was subcontracted by Ivan and Luis Sanchez who did a phenomenal job, it was verified by ime Services first and then garland came out to inspect the work and found A very minor issue but the salesman himself came out and fixed it right up no big deal at all, and now I feel better because I am up to code and it looks much nicer than the old system did and seems to work much better. It's been a few weeks and all is good.

IME just installed new Lennox ac. unit in my rental home. I am very much impressed the way Mr kyle and his installer did the job. In my view, Mr kyle is honest and knowledgeable person. Did fantastic job. I am looking forward to do business again when I am ready to have new two HVAC systems for may main residence.
    Good look Mr. Kyle

Horrible business that does poor work and causes damage to your home.
Integrated Mechanical and Electric Services, LLC installed two new AC units and gas furnaces in my home on 6/14/20. On the morning of 6/15/20, I woke up to find water on the upstairs landing floor, and paint hanging from the ceiling directly below where the attic units were placed. Additionally, there were water stains on the ceiling above a guest bedroom door, and water damage to the door trim. I shut the AC system off and sent pictures to the customer service person, Jake Stastny. Rudolfo, one of the people who installed the systems, came back to the house and said the problem was caused because the other person who worked on in the install forgot to flush the pipes. Rudolfo then flushed the pipes.
Jake said over the phone to get estimates on the repair and Integrated Mechanical and Electric Services would pay for the damage they caused. I got several estimates and sent Jake the best one on 6/17/20. On 6/18/20, I received texts from an unknown number by someone identifying themselves as Rudy. He said he was going to fix the leak damage. I questioned this, because Jake said Integrated Mechanical and Electric Services did not do this work, hence hiring another company to repair the damage. Rudy then said he was bringing a “friend” to do the work because it would be “cheaper”. I told him this was not acceptable, as I want a reputable company to correct the damage caused by Integrated Mechanical and Electric Services. I took screenshots of the text messages and emailed them to Jake. I also asked when he planned to have the estimate approved, as he had stated his supervisor needed to approve it and Jake had yet to respond to the emailed estimate. Jake tried to call while I was at work, but I had noticed that Jake would not respond to texts or emails, to avoid having anything in writing. I sent Jake another email, with the estimate and the text message screenshots attached again. I told him I expected further communication to be in writing and that Integrated Mechanical and Electric Services could pay for the damage they caused, as agreed. Jake refuses to respond.
Integrated Mechanical and Electric Services did a poor job installing the new units, resulting in damage to my home. They agreed to pay for the damage, but now are having strange people text message me and expect me to let a random person come into my house. I expect them to pay a reputable company to correct the damage Integrated Mechanical and Electric Services caused. I paid Integrated Mechanical and Electric Services over $9,500 for the new HVAC systems. A $750 estimate to correct the damages seems reasonable for Integrated Mechanical and Electric Services to approve.
I have filed a complaint with the BBB and TDLR. I have a lawyer in the family, who I will be contacting to determine how to further proceed.
