Yashua arrived at my home in the specified window of arrival time also calling me to let me know he was on his way.He adhered to the covid 19 guidelines as he arrived at my 🏡. He performed the maintenance I requested with efficiency and assured the setting to heat worked properly.
I had IME replace my worn out heating and cooling system in 2017 with a 3 ton Lennox unit. I had checked for some time with other dealers on the cost and prices quoted were prohibitive. I then came across an advertisement from IME with a price range I could afford.
I have never regretted using this Co. They are very responsive to the customer and the Service Tech's are great.

Dillon was very professional, he called to let me know when he was in his way, he explained everything so that I could underst what was happening. I have purchased 2 systems from this company and have been very satisfied.

Jeremy came in evening to check my AC that was not cooling. I called IME for second opinion as another vendor gave me a expensive quote for repair. Jeremy performed a thorough check on my HVAC unit. And helped fix the issue very professionally and also saved me lot of money. Thank you.

I called on a Friday morning and the technician was dispatched the same day. He was on time and he was very knowledgeable and professional. Thorough inspection was done and repairs were made in a timely manner. Charges were also very reasonable. I would not hesitate to call again or recommend this company to anyone needing their HVAC serviced.

The newly installed AC performed below the exception with temperature differential less than 13 degree F. NIC came, found/fixed 2 issues, 1-being with outside unit by adding Freon, and 2nd-being with inside unit by sealing a hole that leaking the cold air into attic. He told me that he will be back early next week with the right material/parts to enhance the seals and make some improvements. I give him 5 stars because what he demonstrated today in terms of honesty, attitude, responsibility, and professional services.
I will leave another review after he finishes the rest of the job next week.

My husband and I bought our new house in Coppell back in August 2019. One HVAC unit was OK; however, the upstairs unit was the original 2 ton installed 25 years ago. A friend recommended Integrated Mechanical & Electrical Services after they installed her new HVAC. We had already been given a quote from another contractor before talking to Integrated M&E. Tyler was our sales consultant; very nice and professional. Once we saw the price, our decision was made; it was 45% lower than other contractors. The HVAC equipment were both Lennox, 16-seer; a 4 ton and 3 ton. He worked with us regarding the installation because we were dealing with a special situation. Two days ago the crew showed up for the install; Juan and Daniel were very friendly and professional. They worked through the day without a break. Our house is very comfortable and the smart thermostats are great. I would give Integrated Mechanical and Electrical Services 6 stars if I could; personally, you would not go wrong using them for your project.

Thank you Dillon for your excellent job that you did today. I appreciate your help with my air conditioner. He was very helpful and very knowledgeable. He knew what the problem was and it took a full minutes. now my house is cooling off.

I had my 19 year old Home A/C system replaced on 6/17/2021 by IME services. Sebin Moya the contractor they used, showed up about 9:45 am with the complete system in tow.He meticulously removed my old system and installed the new system step by step. He did not object to me observing the process, and welcomed the opportunity to explained and addressed any questions I had during the process. Selbin was very Knowledgeable, and friendly and enlightened me about the new system operation. I will definitely used IME services again, and recommend, that if you have an HVAC needing replacement that you consult them. For me ,it was a no brainer, after meeting and consulting with Tyler Martin, the Representative at IME services, I was given an offer I just couldn't refuse, and ended up having my system replaced by them for Half the price of the cheapest quote from three other High end ??? companies, and the work done by Selbin the Contractor was First class.

My house's A/C was broken last Thursday, so we called another company at first. Their price was a little high, so we found here through the local ad and called for second opinion.
Their price was very affordable and Kyle was so kind for every questions. Even it was around 2PM on Friday, but we could change all our A/C on Monday because he did his work very quickly!
The technicians were also very kind and explained everything! I highly recommend this company!
