Home warranty paid for by my builder, but they try to charge me $150 without disclosing the possibility of a charge. 5 mins = $150 apparently, $1800/hr. That's more than a brain surgeon makes.

If you're a builder, don't use these crooks, if you're a homeowner, run.

When I called to complain that I hadn't been informed of the possibility of charges due to my warranty, they literally said that isn't their job. Ok.

Dillon arrived earlier than expected. Great start. He was here less than 10 minutes. He diagnosed the issue and A/C is working at 100%. I also had a little weeny dog with me and Dillon and my little pup het it off right away. Geat service and etiquette. Highly recommended

This was a very pleasant experience overall. I had to replace a 30+ year old electric AC/furnace system along with some duct work and IMES was by far the best quote I received. The quote setup was very professional, Tyler was very helpful in getting me exactly what I wanted. I ended up getting an electric (no gas in my place) heat pump system with a new Nest thermostat. The install crew was very punctual and knowledgeable, got everything done in one day including the duct work. I would definitely recommend IMES to anyone in the area that need HVAC work.

Kyle was very helpful to provide very competitive and reasonable price quote to install 3 ton Lennox AC. Arrived on time, very thorough job, extremely professional. I highly recommend Kyle, will also contact him next time.

Yashua did a very thorough job on two units today. He gave me a 30 minute courtesy call as promised and actually did the maintenance on both units even in the rain. He listened to my concerns and addressed them and reported back to me. He was extremely courteous and genuinely kind. I will definitely request Yashua to do my next maintenance checkup in 6 months. I was very pleased with his professionalism.

IME technician Abraham did an excellent job evaluating and replacing my air compressor with freon!
He is very professional, strong steady knowledge as well as being polite, friendly.

Kyle was my assigned customer account manager and came to my home to give me an estimate on a 4 ton HVAC complete installation. They are a dealer for Lennox and the quote I got for a 16 SEER, 4 Ton system was very competitive to the 5 other quotes I got on a 14 SEER system.
The Installation team came to install the system and had to come again the second day to fix a new WHIP and change out the flow switch. Very prompt response.
I saw vibration due to an imbalanced fan on the condenser and IME sent out their technician the next day. Yashua came over assessed it and replaced the fan blades and the vibration was gone. Very professional and responsive.

Abraham is an absolute treasure. Showed up promptly with an adequate heads up call beforehand. Showed the greatest professionalism with respect to COVID and general cleanliness. Explained all aspects of the heating and cooling system clearly and concisely and left me with absolutely no questions. I can not recommend this man enough!

I was very impressed with IME's service. They were professional, courteous, responsive, and they gave me a great quote on our new AC unit which was less than what we would have spent at other places. I will call them again for future HVAC needs.
