From the beginning I was very impressed with the professionalism and knowledge Jake provided us. He was always available when I had questions which was often. 😊 we were able to get our new AC/Heating system installed within a week of contacting IME Services by Juan and his partner. Words just don’t do justice on how hard those two men worked…. Juan would explain everything he was doing when he was doing it and also provided us with a “tour” of our new unit when they were all finished.. they didn’t leave behind any trash and made sure everything was cleaned up and looking nice. Very knowledgable crew! I can’t thank these three men enough for what they did! Will for-sure use them in the future!

Would HIGHLY recommend this company, and especially Kyle Cooper. His pricing was much lower than their competitors and installation was perfect. Obstacles of our trees, old units, etc did not keep him from performing his job at a very high level in a very quick time frame. Definitely like to thank Kyle Cooper (sales rep) for being attentive and giving us the best possible price for our new A/C installation. I checked out 5 other companies but IME gave me the best price with a good system. The installation went by smooth, and had cool air within that same day. This installation took place about 6 months ago, and everything is still running good!

07/15/2021 - Worked with Jake Stastny on total replacement of 2 units. Price was great, installers were friendly and professional, and both units were installed on the same day and were blowing cold air by 2 pm. :-)

10/18/2021 - Furnace was not blowing warm air - Dillon came out and fixed the issue in 10 minutes. He was very friendly and professional!

My service technician Dillon was very professional, proficient and resolved the issue with my HVAC unit. I'm happy I will be sleeping comfortably because my heating unit is working without the noise. I truly appreciate good customer service but most importantly, I appreciate when the technician knows what he is doing, thanks!

I highly recommend this company, Pricing was very competitive. Kyle detailed the scope of all work to be done in writing. We had to wait for the AC unit to be manufactured, but as soon as it was available an install was scheduled, The crew completed the install, including removing the attic access and reinstalling it. He obtained the city permit and followed up to insure the city inspected his work.

We had such a great experience during the ac buying process. Jake was extremely helpful and answered all of our questions. He was prompt and ensured to follow up the very next morning to schedule a QC. We thought the process would have been more difficult Switching from 21 year old units to something new, but Jake and his team made the process easy and the great service we got from everyone was excellent. They offered us a great warranty and so far we love the product and service we received. I would recommend them to my friends and family.
