I am a homeowner. I called them, they researched and helped locate my part (a condenser fan motor for an old Carrier 5-ton ), which they had in stock. Super friendly and helpful staff! In fact, when I went to pick-up the part, Tammy introduced me to a local contractor right there in their shop who actually helped me with some wiring & installation questions right there at the counter!

Pricing is about 2-3x what competing local HVAC stores charge for the same or similar motor run capacitors. I'd suggest you call around before going here.
