Employee was on time, knowledgeable, and professional. Work was diagnosed and repaired quickly. Price of labor was fair, but cost of part (1 capacitor) was pure price gouging. $400 for a capacitor is not right.

I deal with Amanda on a weekly basis and she is always so responsive and quick to get things scheduled and completed. She always keeps me up to date on repairs and I never have to follow up with her because she is always on top of her stuff!

Absolutely a delight to work with a local Lewisville service company. Called the customer support team today to schedule a service for our Air Conditioning issue. It was scheduled the same day! The technician (Pramesh) called me and let me know that he will be in my house in 45 minutes (and he was on time). He started troubleshooting and provided me with updates on the issue and the next steps. I would highly recommend using Northside Air Conditioning for your HVAC service. Great folks here! Jovan and Patrick came out when scheduled and clean our house dryer vent. The left no mess, they were very professional and they had better pricing than the company I originally called! Call Northside A/C for great service and affordable pricing!

I had an old AC system replaced by Northside, furnace, coil and condenser, who did outstanding work. Not only were they incredibly thorough and professional from the very first assessment with Chuck, which included a proper heat load calculation, but they made improvement suggestions, planned to reorient my equipment in the attic and were extremely competitive on price. The installation crew was friendly, professional, communicative and blew me away with their creative install that passed inspection 2 days later. I took bids from 4 local companies, 2 took no heat loads so were disqualified immediately and the other sized properly but wasn't competitive on price. I won't hesitate to use or recommend Northside in the future. This is my AC company! 5 stars!
