He didn't just glance around and say "You need to get this." Took the time to measure the square footage, considered the number of windows and directions they were facing, ASKED about our experiences in various rooms. Finally, made suggestions and offered multiple plans/choices with pros and cons. Didn't low-ball the estimate only to jack it up later. Very competitive and comprehensive bid. Work and follow up were excellent.

Al was super fast to come to our rescue today! Somehow, our thermostat was "locked" and it just said "permanently holding" so even though it was set to 68 the temp in the house was 75. I just had surgery Monday so all the meds I'm on and what my body I going through has me overheating. I wanted to cry.i was so frustrated, but AL saved the day. He knew this thermostat like the back of his hand and fixed it faster than I could say please and thank you! He was understanding, thoughtful, and even took some extra time to explain a couple other settings by answering my bazillion questions.

We love this company and they always come through with amazing service, but if you have a chance to, ask for AL! HE'S THE MAN!

Had tech come out for consultation about room being hotter than house, no issues with unit. Charged us $230 just to close vents throughout the house with no technical suggestion. 2 days later. Our blower blades came apart and locked up the motor. Needless to say, we went without AC (no response to their 24hr hot line) due to this negligence and now need to fix something caused by the extra pressure.
Do not recommend this company. Spend your money else where.

We had a great experience with the Northside Air Conditioning team! Michael and his service techs were always prompt, knowledgeable and took the time to explain what was wrong with our existing unit and provided options to fix the issue. When we decided it was time to replace the existing unit, Chuck provided us with a detailed quote that listed three different units he recommended along with finance and warranty information. The instillation team was very courteous and respectful - making the least amount of mess possible and then cleaning up after themselves. We highly recommend Northside Air Conditioning.

Josh was very helpful! He even helped fix a decoration within the classroom that I couldn’t reach. He was super friendly and even answered some students questions as he worked.

I had three companies come out and look at the job I needed to have done. Northside was the only one that I felt was honest. Other companies said I needed to have things done that didn’t need to be done. Al was friendly, on time and trustworthy. I will use Northside from now on!

The best HVAC tech (Josh) and company I have ever dealt with. Took care of our ac problem when another company (A#1 AIR) could not but yet they (A#1 AIR) still charged us. Had such a great experience with Northside AC. They came out quickly and were able to fix our AC problem right away. They were a referral, and I plan to use them exclusively.

Francisco came out today for our twice-yearly maintenance and noted that we didn't have an automatic float switch on one of our units. That switch shuts off the system in case of blockage, thereby saving our ceilings. He recommended we install this to prevent possible future issues, and I appreciate his foresight. The work was done quickly, and I was given a full report. I've been a long-term customer, and this is the reason why - excellent customer service and attention to detail.
