Northside Air Conditioning

Reese, TX licensed AC tech arrived on time & diagnosed faulty Condenser as Over-charged from prior summer. A different firm evidently made this mistake, which showed up under heavy stress of 108F outside temps. My rating fell short of 5 stars as the owner Jerry, has introduced a new billing feature not seen anywhere in my last 40 yrs of using HVAC firms in 3 different states. An $11 Gasoline charge for driving 6 miles to my home. Why irk customers, just raise the flat Service Call pricing. Add Fuel surcharges for long drives like to Arlington/FW. AND tell the customer up front. Transparency requested ! Otherwise we will be back & asking for Reese. ****** Tim & Deb Kostka, HV

Tim came out on time and solved our issue. He spent time finding out what was wrong with our condenser and it was under warranty. He ordered a replacement for us and will install soon. Great service!

Tim was awesome! He came at 9:45 pm with water leaking from our attic AC unit! He rebuilt the drain line and added an automatic shut off for any future problems! Thanks Tim and Northside!!

Our home central air conditioning system died in he middle of July and we needed to get a replacement. We did a full due diligence search considering all the options available. Please allow me to save you similar time by telling you not to bother and just go to Northside Air. I will tell you that these guys will not be your cheapest option in town (they will be very fair though) but come on, you are talking about buying a system that will control your home environment, every day of every year. Do you really want to be cheap about this or do you want a really good system.
These guys were great if I can understate their value. When I inquired they sent Chuck out. He did a full analysis of the home and then sat down and explained all the whys and whatfors. He never pushed us to buy any extra whistles or bells, just laid out our options.
When the guys came out to install, they just did an awesome job. From start to finish, their work was clear, accurate and spot on. What a pleasure to work with these guys. Five seconds after they left, you could never tell they were here working, thats how clean they were and how professional their installation was.
Great company, great people, great work, great product. These people are the real deal.
