Great experience overall. System was on its last legs and replaced several parts including the unit. Now running like new. Reasonable pricing and the crew was very professional, definitely recommend.

Technician was very knowledgeable, polite, and respectful. He confirmed my issue. However, why is ARS charging $950 to replace a damper that cost only $100 and takes only about 1 hour to install?!?!? That is just ridiculous! The damper is easily accessible as in it is right in the front of the duct so no maneuvering needed. After speaking to numerous persons at ARS one person said they can give me a 10% discount and had an attitude. So I paid the service fee of $99, told the technician thank you have a great day, ordered the damper, and will have another company or specialist come out to install it at the hourly rate which is nowhere near $850 for labor. Even if it took two hours to install, $950 is just ridiculous! I will never sign up for their service plans much less use their service again.

Eduardo was excellent! He gave us all of the options, including cost, and explained in detail the benefits of each option. He was very knowledgeable and patient, he answered all of our questions. He fixed our clogged kitchen sink quickly and efficiently. The person that scheduled our appointment was very kind and professional, they were able to give us a same day appointment! We are very happy with this service!

Warning: DO NOT allow ARS to do any concrete work at your home. While the plumbing repair they made was successful and I’ve had no problems with it, it came at the cost of their subcontractors completely ruining my driveway. Not only did they make zero effort to make their work look half decent compared to the rest of my driveway, they managed to splatter concrete all over my garage door. It didn’t come off with a power wash, so now I have to get my garage door sanded and repainted. Ridiculously shoddy work by their concrete subcontractors.

Jacob Beach was worth every minute of the distress of not knowing what to do about my slow draining toilet. A bit of a panic since I had family at my home. He explained what was wrong and provided me with options for repair along with his professional recommendation. He completed the job quickly and was successful. He also recommended future maintenance options to ensure the best value for my needs. I will definitely be recommending him to my friends and family. Thank you again!!!

They came out the same day within hours of the call. They didn’t charge a trip or diagnostic fee. Their tech, Jose was very thorough, diligent and professional. Equipped with all the tools and parts to make the repair same day and in little to no time at all. Backed with a 1 month service Warranty, so for now I can share this review and say that at this point I’m pleased with the work.

I want to start off by saying that this has been the worst experience ever. My water heater tank was not producing hot water, and the pilot would not stay lit. I called ARS Rescue Rooter to come out for a diagnostic. The representative informed me that the diagnostic would be free and signed me up for their $10 a month warranty plan. Two representatives, Aaron and another gentleman, showed up at my home. Aaron walked over to my hot water heater, glanced at the year, and immediately told me that I needed a new tank without even inspecting it or opening it up. He had a dismissive attitude and seemed like he didn't want to be there. He was short-tempered, unhelpful, and lacked any concern. Aaron presented me with two expensive options: Option 1, where ARS Rooter provides the tank, and Option 2, where I buy the tank myself without any protection, and they only provide installation. I wanted to know if my tank was salvageable and if it simply needed a part to fix it. I asked Aaron if he could perform a diagnostic, but he refused, stating that my tank was too old and the water heater company was no longer in business. He suggested that I try to figure it out myself. When I asked Aaron how much time I had to make a decision, he replied that I had to decide within the next 10 minutes. Reluctantly, I selected Option 1 again, and I asked Aaron once more to conduct a proper diagnostic, but he adamantly refused. Aaron called ARS Rooter for a customer satisfaction phone review while hovering over me, making me uncomfortable about telling the truth. After I paid, I asked Aaron four different times for a receipt, but as of today, I still haven't received one.
Once Aaron left, he informed me that an installer would come between 4 pm and 5 pm. However, I received a call from a representative named Kristy around 5:30 pm. She rudely interrupted me, raised her voice, and spoke to me condescendingly. Despite my attempts to explain that an ARS Rooter representative had already visited my home to sell me a new tank, she only looked into the system after several attempts and realized there was an error. She told me she would cancel my installer, but I insisted that I needed someone to install my new tank. Yet again, she interrupted me and claimed that I hadn't purchased a new tank. Finally, she said she couldn't help me and told me to call the main ARS Rooter line. An hour later, Tom, the installer, came by to try and sell me a new water heater tank. He was also rude and unhelpful, failing to provide any explanation for the random people from the company calling and showing up at my home without installing the new tank.
Next, I called customer service, and a representative named Eugene was unhelpful. I informed him that I wanted to know the estimated time of arrival for my installer because it was already two hours past the quoted time frame. However, he repeatedly interrupted me and insisted that I hadn't purchased any hot water tank heater. I spent 35 minutes going back and forth with Eugene, trying to prove to him that I had indeed made a purchase. Finally, he acknowledged the truth and informed me that the installer was on the way. When I asked for the installer's name, Eugene refused to provide it, claiming that I didn't need to know and would find out when the installer arrived. I simply wanted to know for my safety. I also asked Eugene for a copy of the receipt since I didn't have any proof of the purchase. Instead of assisting me, Eugene patronized me and said, "Everybody knows to get a copy of the receipt. You should know to get a receipt if you are spending that amount of money." He eventually stated that he didn't have the ability to provide me with a receipt.
Finally, the installer arrived, and he was the first pleasant person I had dealt with all day. He installed the unit, which was shorter than my original, so he had to install it on stilts. I also discovered that I was not provided with all the new fittings as Aaron had promised when he sold me option 1.

I got convinced by the Home Depot Salesman to have our HVAC system cleaned by ARS. We scheduled the appointment and the reviews looked good enough. We have this done yearly so we know how “cleanings” work. This was in no way a “cleaning”. The tech sprayed our compressor unit with our water hose. He did clean out the leaves from the bottom of the unit, but for $99 I’d expect an actual cleaning solution to be applied to the coils like other companies have done. He then asked me if we had cleaning supplies for the unit in our attic… I would expect the company to have their own supplies for this, but he did not. He went up to “inspect” our unit for any issues and it being a 6 year old unit, he found problems. All in all, don’t have them come out and “clean/service” your unit. You’ll regret it.

What an excellent service!! The Technician Lazarus was very cordial, professional, neat, careful with everything in my bathroom, and very friendly and patient. He explained everything to me before and after the work was done, and he answered every question I asked. He was very knowledgeable, and I think that helps. I called John Moore before, and a guy came five minutes and told me it was $2,000 to change the valve and something else. Thank God for ARS Rescue Rooter. They are HONEST, very professional, and very friendly. Plus, they have great prices. Save your money and NEVER call another place. This is the place to go for excellent service and great price.

Seriously gave me a quote for $2300 for a clogged drain which is crazy price .I just had a guy fix my ac In 30 mins for $320 I even tipped $75 to the tech because it was a honest person who wasn’t just trying to overcharge me to give me a quote for $2300.
My ac is blowing cold air and I’m able to sleep thanks to another company. ARS is a joke don’t waste your time especially in the hot summer time.
Also responding back the other company I found fixed it with just a new thermostat. Beyond crazy. I am so upset that your rep wouldn't even check a thermostat which was stated in my call when I reported the a/c - check how long your rep was at my house to diagnose my ac -like 15 minutes - red flag..I left work early for nothing
