ARS/Rescue Rooter Heating Cooling Plumbing Electrical

ARS is a very organized well run company that employs professionals across the board. My AC went out and when I tried to fix it using my home warranty company, what should have been a quick fix became a long nightmare. I was scheduled with technicians that didn’t show up to their appointment. When I demanded another one, he was rude and unprofessional, and pressuring me to replace my unit when he hadn’t done a full inspection! I finally went to Home Depot and thankfully they work with actual professionals and ARS was sent to my home. I got a full inspection, explanation of my system and all the ways I which I could improve it. I even got my new condenser installed the very same day!

I had my HVAC system replaced with a new one, I felt that I got a good price on the unit and the installation crew were very polite, professional and did a fantastic job. The consultant also worked with me to get a good unit for a good price and he (Chris) was knowledgeable, answered any questions or concerns I had and it was a pleasure to work with him.

We needed a new water heater and called for several estimates. ARS was reasonable in price compared to other home repair companies. I talked to Mr. Dan who came out and was very professional and knowledgeable about the issue. He was very thorough about my options of purchasing a new water heater and went over several great finance plans. Mr. Dan went the extra mile about all of my concerns. I’ve had service done in the past with ARS and have always been pleased with the quality of service and security of a warranty.

I called ARS after checking their website regarding $69 main drain line cleaning. Spoke to one of the reps on the line letting her know I wanted the service done. She asked if I had and drains clogged, I stated no, this is for prevention. Cool so we booked the appointment. So, when the technician arrives asking whats going on I told him I wanted my main drain cleaned for the special. He asked if I had any clogged drains, I told him no, this is for preventative measures. He stated for that would be $350 3x the amout listed on there site. I told oh no what happen to the $69 special that is only if you have a clogged drain. Well i told him to pretend like its clogged and charge me for the $69. Unfortunately I didnt get it for that price. The technician was nice enough to take a few dollars off, that's why this deserves 3 stars. I wish they were honest with me before we booked this appointment. Overall I the company is good havent had a problem before. Just please be honest.

Donovan Brooks is a great tech. He was beyond professional and friendly. Advised of some preventive maintenance without the high pressure sale. Really appreciate his work and will be recommending he be the tech on future service.

After purchasing a new A/C unit a few friends felt I had paid way too much for it, so I tried calling the office to get a breakdown of all the equipment and service costs, but they have not returned any of my many attempts to contact them. They continue to ignore all such attempts and NEVER responded to my requests for a call back. I most likely will look for a more reliable repair service in the future if I don't hear from them regarding my questions.

Brian was perfect! Arrived early, was polite, knowledgeable, and performed above expectations. Highly recommend his service and the company, with a very good value from the partnership with Home Depot.

Dameon Davis was professional & explained the problem to us. He offered options to correct our sink drain problem. We are very happy.

Our technician Jason was awesome. He was very kind, knowledgeable, and identified the issue and fixed it within 30 minutes.

ARS is the way to go for HVAC! From Sales Rep Logan to the Install Team everything went smoothly and very good job! Highly recommended!
