Scheduled for same day service on my initial mid-morning request. Serviceman arrived during the scheduled time window. The service technician was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and thorough. He happily answered all my questions with with sufficient detail. Quickly replaced a faulty light switch in a closet. He also gave a quick look at a couple of other issues, answered my questions and gave suggestions.

My mother had problems with her sink overflowing and it was discovered that she had old plumbing and tree roots in her drainage line. Needless to say it was taken care of. The plumber was extremely helpful and professional. So glad I chose ARS.

Our tech, Dameon, is a really great guy! He knew exactly what the problem was when he saw it. He explain the problem and gave several options to pick from. There was no pressure to get work done. He was able to answer all questions and concerns as well. Dameon also cleans up after himself after work is done. He is quite busy so if you request him, there probably will be a wait. Highly recommend him! Since it’s hot af out. I recommend freezing some water bottles or popsicles to show appreciation!

AC tune up long lead wating time not convenient. I thought over-priced on recommend repair items. Service representative was friend. Would have given 5 star if not to pricey.

They installed a new air conditionincluding and heating system, The team was very professional and got the job done right. Leadership insured that everything was completed as promised. There was a circuit breaker that went bad and they replaced it at their cost.I can't say nothing bad about them. They are the best service providers for air, heating, and cooling electrical services. A/C was thoroughly checked by technician Christopher Luna to ensure there were no problems following Thursday’s severe thunderstorm. Power was lost for a couple of hours in my subdivision and A/C was making noise and not working after the thunderstorm. Christopher explained what he reviewed with my A/C from the inside and my outside unit based on my concerns and issues after the thunderstorm. He answered all of my questions in a way that I could understand. I was so grateful for his customer services skills. Because of Christopher, I would highly recommend ARS.

Excellent service, went the extra mile to get the job done. JOHN MOORE wanted $890.00 to use a jetter. ARS TECH cleared the clog with the cable and some elbow grease for only $367.00.

Christopher helped us and he was wonderful! Our kitchen sink had been completely clogged. We first tried unclogging it ourselves with draino and plumber's snake but to no avail. We then called ARS/Rescue and received help the SAME DAY within just a couple of hours. They were super friendly, professional, and very efficient. When these guys came in, they knew exactly what they needed to do from the start and got our sink draining in less than 20 minutes!! Excellent service. We are super satisfied. Thanks ARS/Rescue!
