First of all, I will state that the installers did indeed do a good job.

My issues were with the fact that I called in the issue on Sunday morning and the repair was not completed until Thursday afternoon.

Next, my failure was diagnosed as a coil leak in my Lennox unit that is less than 3 years old. Very disappointing.

Now the real issue was the cost, which appeared to be twice what I read as industry average. $500 to have a tech use a sniffer for 40 minutes to detect a leak. Next was $3600 for the 4 hour installation and refrigerant.

I have used Church for over 10 years and previously been quite satisfied.

This time I am quite disappointed.

Edwin came out today to do a service call to see how everything's going. Gave me a very thorough update on our system with pictures. This is the second time we've used church services and they're always extremely nice and professional.

Carlos R and his colleague Clive were our technicians to fix our AC. Cold air was not coming out from the vents. We were glad to have Carlos a second time as our technician!! Both of them were very professional and made sure that they had their shoe covers when they stepped in the house. They fixed the issue in a timely fashion and provided us with great details with what had happened. They provided excellent customer service and highly recommend this team. Our AC went out last night, I called Church Services first thing in the morning. They where professionals from the very start. The lady on the phone was very nice and acted promptly on my request. A gentleman named Carlos was sent out that same morning and after a thorough inspection was able to fix our issue and explained it so that I could understand. I’m very satisfied with this company, thank you!

First off great service. Technicians seemed extremely competent. Russell was great in explaining the intricacies of my system. Carlos was also fun to work with and also seemed well trained. Will use them again for sure.

I had the pleasure of working with Clive throughout the process of getting a new condenser and furnace installed. He was very punctual, knowledgeable, honest and thorough in explaining and providing guidance that helped us decide on a unit to best suit our needs. Jonathan, Clive's manager; kept the process very efficient by ensuring a quick turnaround to any issues or requests Clive communicated to him. We were in a pickle with our 20-year old unit kicking the bucket as we started to hit triple digits, but Clive and Jonathan took good care of us. Highly recommended!

Steven and J D did great service on the duct cleaning/ repair needed for 12 vents in the house, plus a media filter installed. They took 3 1/2 hours. Very thorough work. Cleaned up really well after the job. Kept the areas covered while they did work to protect household things from getting messed up. Highly recommend these guys!

Jamon and Andrew came out for my spring tune up amazing job very friendly and professional answered all my questions. They let me know what I needed and gave me the order of most priority to least. If your in need of a tune up and want a friendly service, ask for them

Carlos did a wonderful job! He explained everything that he did, what he found out from his inspection, answered questions in a way I can understand and provided recommendations which I think very necessary. He is honest, you can see it in his eyes. He is not only very professional but friendly as well which makes a big difference. Church Services is very lucky to have an employee like Carlos. He is amazing!
