Got a free HVAC inspection through TXU, energy and ended up getting a membership. Their service is great. Carlos explained the state of our HVAC very thoroughly and answered questions when I didn’t understand something. They also offer plumping services. For the membership price, it is worth it! Members get 15% off services as well. 10/10 recommend for your home needs

Our technician Addy was courteous and knowledgeable about our AC system. We were real pleased on how he informed us on the state of our unit.

Louie was excellent and prompt with replacing my filters. On time and very personable. Superb representative of his organization. Shortly after Louie, Dallas and Robert stopped by to install an electrical outlet for my tankless water heater. Quick, professional, and cordial. Excellent organization.

Derrick was dispatched to investigate, troobleshoot and restart the 2nd stage cooling system that was taken offline last year (by another Church tech) during continued tripping during home renovation activities. Working with a Trane specialist via phone, they identified a bridge rectifier that was showing too much resistance (at the second stage) and was shorting out a transformer for the Thermostat. The rectifier was replaced and system reset. All functions now seem to be normal.

The Church Mgmt team (John Hull) did a good job resolving this issue and treating me fairly. They reviewed the situation from last year, and sent Derrick (who has lots of experience) less than 24 hours after I called in to get things reactivated.

When Derrick arrived (on time) he listened to the history of what was going on at the time the 2nd stage was deactivated and what previous actions had been taken (Church had installed the whole HVAC System in 2020 and maintained it) and formulated a plan to resolve the situation. Derrick was very polite, kept me informed of what activities were being done and overall did a great job.

We’ve been with Church a long time for HVAC maintenance. Always very pleased. For example, John was out here today in October 2022 and did a very thorough job with our two heating systems. Showed many photos, explained what he had seen. Very helpful. Five stars!
