We are an HVAC contractor in Magnolia Texas. We have a customer who's husband is in home hospice care. Their 25 year old furnace blower failed at 4:45 pm on Thursday. It is the only system this customer has. Without it they have no air conditioning. We called James the manager and explained the customers situation. He drove to MORSCO's warehouse at 7:00 am Friday morning to pick up a furnace and then delivered it to the customers house on time to meet our install crew.
James and the MORSCO staff went above and beyond to ease this customers burden. We just want no acknowledge James's outstanding commitment to customer service. Not only to us but to serve a homeowner in a desperate situation.
