Next day: Steven, Angel and JD were out to install a media filter and UV light. They were prompt in showing up and did a very professional job without needing to make trips to pick up additional needed items (this has occurred many times with other companies).
They kept at it until the jobs were completed, which I appreciated.

Pham was very detailed and professional. He first talked about the procedures he was going to do with the AC unit and pricing. Making sure I was aware before him proceeding. He explained what he was doing when I asked. I appreciate his patience with me and my many questions. Pham is a great asset to the Church Service team indeed.

Jamon and Rob came in for an A/C tune-up; the service was top quality and the expertise was substantial. They checked furnace, water heater, fan… thoroughly. They provided us with detailed recommendations for the issues spotted. We received several courtesy calls giving ETA.

Edwin and Xavier did a very thorough inspection. We have Sears inspect our systems twice a year. Edwin and Xavier are much better. Both were very professional and patiently explained their comprehensive findings. They answered our questions or gave us the name of someone at Church that could. We will definitely called Church for future inspections or work.

We were in need of a professional plumber to replace our bathroom faucets. Eric from Church Services came out to assist us. He was very kind, knowledgeable, professional and communicated well with us during the process. It was a good overall experience and I would highly recommend him to anyone. My a/c went out last night. I called Church services at 8:05am they said someone would come between 2p-6p. I received a call 1 hour later, tech is 15 mins away. I was surprised. Mr. Pineda arrived and explained to me what the issue was and fixed me up in 1 hour. I know this don’t happen often but I like the knowledge and of course the quickest to get me back running. I will definitely recommend them to family and friends
