    Adam came out and did the initial inspection and gave my home warranty insurance company (Liberty Home Guard) the work scope and quote and there was no miscommunication between Liberty Home Guard and A/C BiPolar but once everything was settled Vido (the owner) called me personally to assure me they would come to my house at the next earliest available time slot and Christian came to do the A/C drain unit work and he did a wonderful fantastic job. I included pictures of his work.

    The WORST company I have ever encountered in 50 years. They NOT only don’t arrive on time, they don’t even arrive on the day they said they would… Extremely bad customer service. They make promise and don’t keep their word. This has been my experience 3 years in a row (I use a warranty company) Finally another company had to be use yo get my home cooled.

    This company is great ! The guys were highly experienced & great customer service. Love the reasonable prices & works with you very fast!! we are extremely pleased with their work on my a/c units had us up & running the same day. Highly recommended will definitely come back if needing service .

    They were on time for the appointment. The service man was friendly and professional. He advised me that he needed to order a part and he would call me to set up another appointment when it came in. This was on December 26th 2022. It is now April 2023 and I have had no contact with them. I have called and left messages numerous times. I'm still waiting for them to fix my heater.

    The service fee was paid upon arrival of the technician, as required by the insurance company. Otherwise, the technician wouldn't do the work. I still have the unanswered text messages I sent. And the dates and times I called their office. Zero messages or followup calls from the company.

    The folks at Bi Polar replaced an old system for us in 2016, and have been maintaining this new system ever since. This spring Christian came out for a yearly check and to diagnose a buzzing vibration at the condensing unit. Turns out the run capacitor was getting old, he replaced the capacitor under warranty and now the condensing unit is whisper quite again. All other parts of the system checked out fine. Christian also adjusted the slop of the Evaporator drain line in the Attic for us. Christian is top notch, very professional and willing to take time to explain what he is doing and why. I for sure recommend Bi Polar A/C and Heating.

    I was home windows up open stuck nowhere to go,other companies backed up, house temperature at 85 Fahrenheit at night couldn’t sleep. Until a recommend me a I Polar Ac and those guys came to the rescue and fix it the same day very professional and great work new system and intall. Highly recommend this company for pricey work. They know what they were doing 👍

    Absolutely the WORST!! These people are so incredibly unprofessional, don’t waste your time or money giving them a chance.

    On 7/22/2022 we had a service call set up through our home warranty company to have our AC system looked at. Adam the technician showed up at our home and informed us that the AC line needed to be flushed. While flushing the AC line, he clogged up our water line. My bathroom sink now won’t drain at all. Adam called his boss, Vito, and afterwards informed us that his boss told him to collect the service fee and that they’d call us later to discuss this newly created plumbing issue. We tried calling the company to speak with Vito right then, but no one answered the calls. Adam stated he was going to go put his tools away in his vehicle and come back in, but he never came back. He straight up ghosted us not wanting to deal with the mess he created. We finally got through to the company line and the woman on the phone told us that Vito needed to talk with Adam first and that afterwards they’d call us, we continued to prod asking when that would be, and she said either tonight or tomorrow maybe. We are absolutely appalled at the lack of professionalism, so called expertise, and communication by all individuals we’ve been in contact with at this company. Do yourself a favor and move on down to the next company on your call list for AC services, bc this one will leave you hanging with more of issue then when you started. THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!

    Did a fabulous job, again! Replaced another of our A/C and furnace systems about 5-6 years ago and haven’t had a single problem with that system. I would highly recommend their services!

    Showed up on time and explained in detail what they were doing. Very polite and thoughtful to clean any mess they made. Would recommend to anyone who needs AC repair or maintenance.
