I was very happy with everything Mariano De Anda explained. He was very detailed and patient on understanding with what I wanted. He worked with me on getting me a great deal. When the day came to the change out my ac system, the work was done just as Mariano said. Workers were professional and careful when removing my old system and installing my new system. They were very clean and didn’t leave any trash behind. I would highly recommend Mariano with Air Rey A/C to my family and friends.

Immediate response, free estimate and professional work from beginning to end. I had to have my entire system replaced and they were able to accommodate and service my needs within 24 hours. Very professional and compassionate people who went out of their way to work with us and make sure we were able to be comfortable again. Our sales rep, Felipe, for Air Rey was courteous, responsive, and very knowledgeable. Our entire AC system had to be replaced. Felipe gave us a good quote (much less than others) and the job started next business day. It took the crew about 6 hours to replace the system. The new system is amazing! I have been in this house 22 years and have never felt airflow like this and the house has never cooled faster! The condensing unit is nice and quiet. Everything is working perfectly and we could not be happier.

This is a real review. I hired them 10 months ago to guide me in what was best for my home. I felt like it could be more efficient. Based on their “expertise” they recommended replacing my whole system including ducts. I was told that my old system was working too hard and we were consuming too much energy.

I contracted them. Of course they were amazing while selling me the system.

5 times in 10 months I had to call them out. My house is not cooling. 3 of those times they said I needed more Freon. How in the world does a NEW system need Freon thus quickly, much less 3 times?

My electric bill is 25% more each month compared to last year. I am consuming 225kwh per day when I was consuming 128 average last year this time. 225kwh to have the inside of my home 90 degrees. 600$ a month to be 90 degrees.

I have asked to speak to a supervisor 4 times. Each time I am told no one is available and they’ll call back. They never have!

A part of my package was replacing all my vents. I paid for them. 10 months later and they still haven’t installed one they said they had to order.

My house is 90 degrees most of the day. Even at night it won’t cool past 75.

I’m forced to have another company come tell me what’s wrong. What is the point to a warranty? I have a terminally ill child and I have to have a working AC. I’m not shy to go to small claims court. 12k to be in a worst position than before we met them.

This is a lemon company. Save yourself the trouble and call another company.

I kept repairing my ac becuase I thought a new one wouldn’t be affordable l. Alejando Parra cama as soon as possible to give me a quote and by the next day my ac was installed inside and outside. Price is economical as a monthly payment. Great service and quick response. Thank you.

Air Rey.. thank you. My husband called @ 8 am on a Tuesday after being without air for a day or so in this Houston heat. Roberto came out by 1 pm and explained everything to us so that my 74 year old mother could understand. Got us a good deal as far as payments and installments! The next day, workers came and were fast, were done redoing everything from unit to vents to everything in attic by 3pm. Thank you Roberto and thank you Air Rey!

They came and did everything new ac and definitely left a lot of mess that they didn’t cleaned, their were like 3 guys just talking outside on parking lot, didn’t put the vent on its place, and it’s leaking on one room. But they haven’t come to fix it. I keep calling them and have them return my call until now I haven’t received any call back and no one had come to get it fix it’s been over a month already. These company definitely I wouldn’t recommend it to any of my family.

After six years of having an old AC unit I finically decided to change it, with Air Rey company. With the help of Luis Falcon in a matter of no time I was able to finance it and got one of the best installing groups. Jaime’s group did an professional job to which I’m very happy with.

I was recommended by a friend that install a unit with Omar zambrano at Air Rey and had a great experience. I called Omar Zambrano and he answer on the spot. It was very easy and flexible in regards to my availability within the same date.
He came over, inspect the entire house and did his recommendations. He walk me through financing and the paperwork.
The very next day they were here, at the time he promised and even taking into consideration a request for been quite since i have a sick family at home.
I am very satisfied with the service and i will recommend it to those in need.

I want to recommend Air Rey for all your HVAC needs! They were recommended by another builder for our new build and although we received several estimates for our HVAC I’m happy I chose them. Since day one they have been very professional and there has been great communication , not only and have they met all our requests in a timely manner but have been very friendly and a accommodating to our schedules. Hiring them was a headache less that I had to worry about!
