Just had three of my HVAC units maintained by Northwind. This company is one of the most trusted HVAC company in Houston - simply from the time they installed my unit almost 2 years ago till now they have not stopped short in ensuring that the customer service is kept to a high level! They are responsive, detailed, professional. Jonathan showed up today and I can feel he is credible and reliable, a trusted technician and knows what he is doing! He’s courteous and helpful to also clear the vent lines, checked for coolant leak, etc. I highly recommend Northwind and thanks Jonathan for hiking up to the quality this company stands for!

Brigette was a very knowledgeable Sales Rep and did a great job coordinating with the install team. The previous unit was 31 years old. Our home had a unique addition that did not allow for easy access. A return was installed and the crew had to crawl back through the eaves to that part of the house. Kevin came and checked on the install and was very polite and professional. I am having issues with another unit that a different AC company installed and I am having Northwind come and service it. I found Northwind AC on the Michael Berry Show and they are definitely a 5 Star organization.

I called John Bell about a leaking rooftop unit last week. He sent out Jonathan Molina last Monday. Jonathan arrived on-time, was EXTREMELY professional, courteous and accommodating. We went on the roof to locate the one leaking unit out of 31units. Within 20 minutes he identified the problem and less than an hour later had the unit back up and running. He didn't try selling me anything we didn't need and wasn't annoyed by all my stupid questions while he worked. I was also quite surprised with the reasonable cost of the repair.

The process was so smooth and the Northwind team is excellent. Brigette is very attentive and explained the process so well. The installers were super thorough and worked so hard in the extreme heat. What a first class organization! Northwind, their technicians (Jose S. and Raphael), and their Service Manager (Dale) are knowledgeable, honest, and really good at what they do. We have used them for maintenance and repairs, and they are always top-notch.

Recently, we had some "hot spot" rooms, and I was sure we were going to need a significant and costly fix. When I discussed it with Northwind, they said they had some much simpler ideas they wanted to try first, before we started to break the bank. They got the air balanced beautifully, and at a very reasonable cost. Sometimes trust can be hard to find, but not with Northwind - they are truly looking out for the customer's best interest.

Northwind installed a new HVAC in my home. I was really impressed with the company. The technician that evaluated my old system was very professional and thorough. He earned my trust. Northwind did not try to upsell something I did not want or need. The installers were great. Very pleased with the installation and the new unit. They even used a level to insure that the new thermostat was level. The company has earned my trust. A week after the installation, a technician came by to do a quality assurance check. Good to know they believe in quality, service, and integrity.

Jose and Northwind were great! Our ACs were very old and needed replacing. Jose was responsive to any question we had, day or night. We got several bids and Jose was the only one to realize we had too much tonnage for our house size, which was creating humidity and why my daughter's room wasn't getting any air. Jose knew exactly what we needed and now we no longer have high humidity in the house and our daughter finally has air to her room after a simple fix. None of the other companies even noticed this. Highly recommend!

My AC unit was having trouble cooling down, Deshaun worked on it for a while but felt like we needed to try again during normal business hours. The next day Daniel came in, and reset the unit. As soon as he did, it started working perfectly. He was great, got into the system, diagnosed it quickly, and showed me how to minimize any issues moving forward. Excellent service!
