Great company with great service. they have been a great help this year. we have had numerous units have issues and they have been able to keep us cool. John Bell has been amazing with getting quick and responsive work done for us.

Northwind AC is very dependable and overall great company to work with. Everyone from techs, sales, customer service - everyone - is very kind and helpful. I'm so happy with my choice to use them to install a new system at my new house. They also had been maintaining the system at my old house and the house sold with glowing reviews from the inspector regarding the status of our system. Thank you Northwind for taking care of us!!

Rafael Levine called before coming and I briefly explained that the thermostat was not working. The complete ac/heat and ductwork were replaced exactly 3 years ago and it was a magnificent job done back then by all. Rafael traced the problem to a single wire coming loose that was wrapped with other wires and hiding under the wire cap. He spliced all the wires again and used an old school technique by wrapping electrical tape around the wires and cap. Turned power back on and thermostat rebooted and working again. Northwind has excellent technicians as they do my biannual maintenance as well. Office staff are polite and listen to your needs. Wish other companies could follow how Northwind runs there business. My AC went out on a Sunday afternoon that hit 104 degrees. I called Northwind in the hopes they could fit me in first thing Monday morning. They did one better and were able to fix my AC that Sunday night. Huge thanks to Jose for the awesome service. He figured out what was wrong in a matter of minutes and the AC was back up and running within an hour. This was my second time using Northwind and I'll definitely be calling them again.

I stumbled upon Northwind after dealing with two other HVAC companies but still wanted to make sure I was getting a fair deal. So after calling Trane directly to obtain pricing for a new 16 seer XR unit, I was transferred over to Tranes local preferred service company. Northwind was very knowledgeable and understanding when I told them I was considering a different company but wanted piece of mind. They scheduled Jose to come out the very next day (Saturday as well). Jose was great and made sure to really understand my concerns but also to do a thorough load calculation to be sure of the sizing requirements I would need. The first company I almost went with did not do this and ultimately would have undersized my unit. So very thankful for Jose and team who were extremely knowledgeable, honest, and fair in their pricing and quality of work.

Greg did a great job and affirmed that the condenser unit fan needs replacing. He checked the system thoroughly and cleaned the condenser coils.

Northwind provides the most professional work from their admin staff to their technicians out in the field. They were timely, presented themselves well, and kind. I will use Northwind for all my A/C and HVAC needs from now on!

Randy Burke and his team came to my house to replace my AC coil and condenser after Chris did an initial inspection. The customer service was outstanding. The installers Juan and Jaime worked hard all day and were respectful of my home. They made sure to clean up any debris and were very polite.

Randy spent time explaining all the issues and how they would fix them. The work was efficient and very satisfactory.

I called yesterday for a one time AC checkup and Northwind was able to get a technician to my house on the same day. They are very professional, DaShon is an excellent technician and I highly recommend him. He did everything in a timely matter and was very detailed.
