Northwind continues to be my go to for HVAC needs. While prices everywhere have gone up, Northwind still remains the most competitive priced HVAC for Trane out there.

Dashing was professional and thorough with his maintenance check. He spoke very highly of the education he has received while working for Northwind. I would recommend this company and their personnel very highly. Excellent service.

Northwind was quick to respond and professional when in our home. They are focused on customer satisfaction so they do not try to "upsell" unless they feel it brings value to the customer. I like that they quickly came in, diagnosed the problem immediately, then fixed the issue. I am sure they receive a lot of calls and are busy since it is hot all the time in Houston but I appreciate their quick response and problem solving skills. Highly recommend them for all your AC needs!!! You will not be disappointed.

Service was excellent and professional throughout the process from Brigette working with me on the quote to get me exactly what I needed though to final checkout. The installers Juan and Luis put in a long day replacing two complete units and did a great job. The inspector even commented on the tidy install. Everyone was very responsive throughout and worked around my schedule.

I have used Northwind for my bi-annual heating and cooling checks/service for about three years now. They were originally recommended to me by the builder of our home. I have been very pleased with their services. It is easy to schedule and the technicians come on time and are courteous and knowledgeable. A couple of times I have needed them to come quickly due to a concern and they were very responsive. I also feel that they are honest and do not try to make you pay for fixing things that don’t need fixing. I definitely recommend this company for your HVAC service needs!

I have consistently had a great experience with Northwind. The owner takes personal pride in the quality of the workmanship of his technicians and they consistently demonstrate really strong expertise. I changed out a couple of fairly large complete units with associated replacement of old ducting and the result was 110% to my satisfaction. Just recently I replaced a third unit and again the standard of workmanship was excellent. Randy Burke provided supervision to both projects and did a first rate job. I can highly recommend this company.

Exceeded My Expectations!
Robert, Jose and their entire crew exceeded our expectations from start to finish. From the our first meeting I could tell we were dealing with a high integrity team. We had a 20 year old 5 ton system in our 2 story house. The system was failing and after several years of patching it together to keep it running we decided we were in need of a replacement. I obtained bids from 4 established companies and determined that Northwind had the highest value given quality of the product, professionalism, service and price. Six months after a flawless installation I couldn’t be happier. We have made it through hot and cold weather without a hitch. The city inspector came out a week after installation and confirmed “these guys obviously knew what they were doing“.
Northwind removed the old system and replaced all ductwork replacing the old system with 2 separate systems (one upstairs and one down).
