I was referred to them by by old A/C company. I call them this morning and the job is done. Same day. Very happy.

I am very pleased with the service provided by Northwind Air Conditioning & Heating. The technician was Daniel and he was very professional and explained everything in detail. He did a very thorough check on my AC unit inside and out and provided me with a very detailed report of how my unit was preforming. I would highly recommend this company and will be calling on them again for service.

I had my AC checked by Northwind. 21 point inspection with a report and pictures. Jose was on time and called prior to the appointment. He spend a lot of time carefully analyzing the system, changed the filter and then went through his findings with me. Very professional and while I need a few things done, no sales pressure. I was pleasantly surprised of the progressional experience and how good the technician worked his way through the different parts of the AC. I am planing to replace my upstairs AC down the road, and Northwind will be one of the vendors I will ask for a quote.
