Northwind Air Conditioning, Heating & Mechanical Services

I'm writing this review on my own accord and was not financially incentivized to do so.

I had a Northwind representative come out to give me a quote on replacement equipment. They sent Rahul and he was a breath of fresh hair. Honest. Straightforward. Didn't try to up sale me and gave me honest feedback on how I might make the best of my current system. I went through a handful of different companies, most of which I found to be sleazy and dishonest, before I found Rahul and Northwind and they were the best experience bar none.

Have used them for years. Always professional and explain any issue.

Northwind was terrific! The technician was highly competent. It took him exactly the amount of time that he had estimated. All in all, very professional, clean, and courteous. The office staff are also very professional and helpful. Highly recommend.

Had a great experience with Northwind! They are timely, professional, and I really trusted their expert opinions. We've had three different a/c contractors look at our issue, with no resolve. Northwind came through with a cost-effective option that made our home cooler and more efficient. We are happy campers! I would highly recommend Northwind and they will certainly be my first call when it's time to replace!

Technician Deshon was fantastic. Punctual, polite, and thorough. NW AC is the only company I'll allow to work on our AC/Heat. Great people, great company.

I called Northwind after having no luck with my
previous AC company with ac issues. I spoke to
several people who were very nice and friendly.
spoke to Dale, Brande, and Jamie. Jamie told
me that Dashon would be the tech coming out
to address our issue. Dashon was very
knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He
was very detailed and specific on addressing all
of our units. I was impressed with all the
information that he forwarded to me about our
units including pictures. I will definitely be doing
future business with them and would
recommend this company to anyone in need of ac services.

This is the second time I’ve used this company and they provided excellent work and customer service yet again! Jose was professional, and when he found out I needed Freon (at 7:30pm) that he didn’t have on his truck, he left to go get some instead of re-scheduling me in the AM like some companies/contractors might. I was seriously impressed and thankful. He explained everything he was doing in easy to understand language and I felt confident in his work and abilities! Customer service was great and friendly when I called to ask a question, and followed up a few days after my appointment to make sure everything was running smoothly. For sure recommend this company!!
