The sales representative, technicians and installation crew were all very knowledgeable and professional. The salesperson was focused on providing me options (with pros & cons and adequate details) and not simply gold plating a bid. I received bids from two other companies using the exact same hardware, and Northwind's was the best.

This company was so helpful and responsive to our situation! Kudos to Brigette Barrera who came out to give us an estimate. She was very professional, knowledgeable and customer-friendly. She got everything ordered and delivered on time to meet our needs. The next day follow up with Brandy was also impressive. The workers who installed the unit were quick and got everything finished in the time frame promised. Thumbs up for this company!! Highly recommend!

Dashon Demar and Roger Cortez have done amazing work!! They both have explain every question I have had with detail, even contacted the Manufacturer of the unit to ask about my warranty. Also checked to see if my unit was up to specs. If everyone on Northwind team brings this much level of professionalism and expertise I will recommend them.

I was very pleased with the work recently done at my house by Northwind Air Conditioning Company. I needed to replace my 16 yr old, 4 ton Trane
a-c/heating system & called Northwind for an estimate. Jose Lopez came out to my house, completely surveyed my "old" system and explained what he would recommend to completely replace my old system with a comparable new Trane system. He gave me a written proposal which reflected 2 rebates (one from Centerpoint and one from Trane) - and his estimate of time to complete the job. We agreed on the price and he returned 2 days later with a 2 man crew, removed my old a-c/furnace and installed the new Trane system. After installation the crew completely cleaned up & hauled away the old equipment. All work was done professionally, in one day and at a reasonable price. I would hire this company again.

The field technician was prompt, neatly dressed and well spoken. After listening my a/c issues, he tested the equipment both inside and out. Then he informed me of the scope of work needed, what would be involved and the job cost. After discussing with the technician the aspects of the new equipment. I was then left to decide on the options given.

The office team contacted me and ask questions about any concerns I may have regarding the equipment problem the new equipment and offered financing options if needed. They even work with myself, my electric provider and others to secure rebates and discounts towards the purchase of new equipment.

Upon deciding a course of action the technician gathered his equipment, asked if I had any other questions and told me to call if anything needed answered. Later in the day the office team contacted me to set and install date.

This morning the technician contacted me to verify which system I was going with, and to let me know he would be there himself the morning of the install to prepare for the job.

Overall I a perfectly please with the attention to customer service I received from Northwind A/C. I will continue to utilize them as my air conditioning and heating service and will recommend them in the future.

I have found my new AC company going forward. Greg and Cameron arrived when they said they would and did the job professionally. They answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable with the work they were doing. The price they charge for the work they did was very fair. All around great experience from the moment I contacted them to the completion of the job. Very happy customer.

Have always had good experiences with Northwind in the past with service calls. Decided to replace my AC unit after speaking with technician David. He explained thoroughly what was wrong with my existing unit both outside and in the attic. Installation began on time in the morning. Installers were professional, courteous and did more in the attic than I anticipated with the existing ducts and all the connections to the new unit. Amazing job by them. Nice clean up at the end. Lead tech David stopped by before, during and after installation explaining the new unit well. Great local business for the Oak Forest/Garden Oaks area. I recommend.

Hi, I'm Robert Perry. Your Technician Charles fixed my A/C problem today. He was very friendly and informative when checking my system. He found the problem after completely checking everything for any problems. I will in the future be requesting him because of his great work ethic and friendly personality! I give him 5 stars!

Speeding, swerving in and out of traffic with no turning signal.
This company seems to have a lack of concern for the public's safety. I won't support them and neither should you.

Edit(responding to their reply): the license plate identifying the truck is in the photo. Again with the apparent lack of care and attention. AVOID THIS COMPANY AND PEOPLE LIKE THEM!!!
