I work in customer service and that wasn’t the proper way to deal with customers. I honestly don’t care about how much I need to pay but need this system fixed since I have younger children and it wasn’t cheap eather. The technician that came in didn’t even presented him self with his name and assumed it was a money problem not only that he changed the amount that he was gonna charge me went from $85 to $99 to $140

They never call you back you wait on them you still get charged no matter if you have warranty on the parts. When they try to sell you everything and they tell you on call 24/7 service but never answer and want to charge you double when it’s an emergency

New unit was installed at my mothers house.. every year there an issue and they claim that it’s not covered under the 10 year warranty. Now they can’t even return a phone call. They lied to my mother about their “warranty “ they screen phone calls. The absolute worse customer service ever experienced.
