    Very disappointed with this company Our cooling system breaks down during this extremely hot weather, I called to see if anyone would come to fix it and the closest appointment y’all have is Friday? Today is Wednesday just to mention we have babies, pets and younger kids living at the house and y’all expect us to go up until Friday at 2-5 pm without and cool air in this hot weather? We are paying customers and this is unacceptable…

    We had a new AC unit installed after our 20 plus year went out last summer. We were told we were getting EVERYTHING new and a one year warranty. Within the first month we had issues. It wouldn't cool down the house in the month of August and on. Winter came and now the heater doesn't function. This unit is not even 7 months old. We called again and were told we needed a part to operate the heater. A $350 part they say should be installed. We stated that everything should have been included since we did purchase a whole new unit and its components from what the sales representative TOLD us. It's mid January, its cold and my poor mother is also cold! I've seen my Mother talking to them on the phone hearing them give her the run around. They have done nothing to help us. It's like they don't care now that they got our money.

    I took time out of my day today to write this review because I DO NOT WANT anyone else and their beloved families to suffer and have this stress and burden on their hands. Please, save your money and peace of mind and find a professional, caring and dependable company because these people are about their money. PLEASE, SAVE YOUR MONEY AND YOURSELF.

    RUN, RUN, RUN. CALLING OR DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY IS NOTHING BUT A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.
    Their Tech came to my house to check my AC; he found a leak and asked me to call the office to schedule an appointment to batch the leak and recharge the freon. I have been calling the office since Wednesday, August 3, 2022, to no avail. I have been calling their tech, who decided not to answer his phone too. This company does not deserve 1 star.

    I’ve worked with AirRey on a number of projects for both my construction company as well as personal businesses.

    They have slow service turn around and are always raising prices.

    Most of the install is good and sales need more training with customer service as well as senior management.
