My wife & I have been quite pleased with our interactions with Diamond Blue Air. Jerry Hicks, the owner, was congenial and helpful. Rick, the manager, promptly and courteously responded to our need for help with our central AC system. The technician, Darius, who arrived at our house soon after our call, was courteous, agreeable, and efficient. He was competent and effective at evaluating and remedying our problem. He repaired only what was necessary, and the cost to us was very reasonable. Diamond Blue has earned our confidence and trust.
