Diamond Blue Air

Darius, my technician was very professional and courteous. I had a bit of an unexpected scheduling issue that arose last minute. Diamond Blue Air and Darius were both very understanding about it. Happy to recommend!

After having another company come out and advise me I had a slow leak and due to it being R22 would need to consider replacement, I contacted Diamond Blue to see if they could repair leak to get another year out of unit. They responded to advise me that there was no leak, the R22 was full in the unit and it was operating efficiently and effectively at the time of service. I was relieved that a new unit was not quite necessary at this time in complete contrast to the first company who came out two weeks earlier. I am getting 18 degrees temp differential, which was why I questioned first company in first place.
I will not need to look any further for my future needs!

Absolutely recommend! Scheduling was a breeze and they were able to come out bright and early the day after I called to fix our furnace. Stephen was on time (even a few minutes early), very nice and respectful and always put shoe coverings back on when coming into the house. He explained everything simply to us and recommended a pest company for a few rodent issues he saw. The easiest process and so quick! Will absolutely be calling them again for future issues

Excellent customer service from the first phone call from Chance, to the air duct cleaning from Darius and Simeon! They were helpful in explaining every detail and very professional and courteous.
