He kept everything clean and did a thorough job of cleaning the glass, vacuuming and checking for gas leakage. He cleaned and checked everything about the boiler too. Fred arrived right on time and explained what he would be doing. He checked the filter in the ceiling, checked the thermostat and then went up to check the furnace on the roof. When he returned he showed me pictures of problem areas in the furnace and detailed what he would do to fix some of the problems. He was thorough, polite and professional.
