    THEY DONT INSTALL PROPERLY. THEY DONT FIX THINGS, we told them something was wrong and didn’t do anything. I payed over $10k for terrible service & install. PLEASE PLEASE DONT HIRE THIS COMPANY.

    BAD SERVICE!!!!!
    At the beginning they promise you everything with a smile, and at your convenience. The estimate & Installation. Got new system installed on a Saturday. Sales rep came to collect there money on a Sunday.
    Supposedly they have certified technicians, 3 days after installing the new unit failed. A Technician got scheduled to come out to inspect and said outside unit burnt out because it wasn't installed in properly and a whole new outside unit had to be installed. 3 months later noticed there's a water leak coming from the ceiling which i already had this issue in the past before installing the whole new unit. When sales rep came out to go over estimate, he said it was best to replace the whole unit except the air ducts, that should solve all my problems. All i had to do is change my air filters regularly.
    So here i go calling Air Rey office to schedule a Technician to come fix problem spoke with Jorge and all he kept saying was that they have a fee of$125. But when they came after hours to give me an estimate THEY DIDN'T CHARGE $125, when they came on a Saturday to do the installation THEY DIDN'T CHARGE $125. When the sales rep came the day after the installation to collect my hard earned $6,000 THEY DIDN'TCHARGE $125.
    So finally when the technician came to look at water leak he said that the plumbing /Drainage was old and needed to be replaced in order to avoid having problems again.
    But in the estimate the plumbing and Drainage was included to be replaced.
    At this point I'm back to square one having problems with my A/C.
    Now no one has been able to call me back to explain to me what's going to happen. I took it as in F-YOU that's your problem since they got my money they can CARELESS now.

    BBB will be hearing about this.

    Now I await from the owner response that they send out to these Google Reviews, "Hello, we're very Sorry you had this experience bla bla bla"

    We just purchased this unit for 9k not even a month ago and it went out we tried calling every number they gave us with no response we got in contact with technician junior palma which was extremely rude unprofessional and tried to blame everything possible that we had to get a plumber to come get it checked without even coming out to see it as far as getting someone to come see it with no charge and fast try getting thru to the people he couldnt even give me a confirmation number or request number that we summited a request for someone to come see the ac unit and he just hanged up and didnt give us any solution to fix our issue

    Poor service! Mal servicio! No puédenos pagar con otra tarjeta por que mi apellido cambió. I am unable to make payments with another debit card due to my last name being charged. The only option to communicate with this company is to speak with reps who don’t know what they are doing and for fax. El único opción es por hablar con gente que no sabe nada y por fax.

    I installed a brand new system about a year ago. Today I had repairs done. It needed a whole new coil system, it was leaking. I do love that the machinery have a 10 year warranty. I like that they did send out a repair guy the same day and got fully repaired two days after. Great trusting workers.
    I just don't understand, I thought I was not goong to have any issues in years, since it was new. Here we are, 250 dollars in service fees one year later...

    I am shocked the way they are operating their business , I called for an estimate over the phone , they asked my address next thing they sent a technician over the next day ,with out informing me , I had no idea the guy was there and I receive a phone call by their customer service rep , asking about my email to send the estimate over , I mentioned two times to her I don’t need an estimate , if you have some coupons you can send it by email .
    To my amazement she replied me back that I need to pay $50 , when I inquired , what for ? ??
    She said I had made an appointment, when I denied , their so called supervisor came on the phone and threatened me they will put a lien against my house !!!! What ? Are you kidding me ????
    When you have a scheduled appointment that is done by txt msg or email , if it’s an appointment ,they give a time frame for arrival of the technician.
    They need to be reported to the better business bureau.

    Camilo helped us with our new AC/heater system when our super old system failed and was leaking. He was prompt, knowledgeable and a great help. The install went great and we are very happy!

    I give zero stars if possible. Installed a brand new carrier unit for us during a Bella Vista remodel and they've had to come out 4 going on 5 times to repair the unit. Never come in a timely manner, postpone or miss appointments. Maybe if we paid them directly we'd be a valued customer but since they work through a subcontractor it's as if we don't matter. Buyer beware with these guys.

    Excellent customer service. Came to our home right away. Professionals with uniform and trucks identifying the company. Knowledgeable on HVAC and very helpful. The technician had experience and fixed the issue same day. We'll recommend Air Rey in our family.
