Each time we turned on the heat, our furnace turned itself off after 10 minutes. Felix arrived via using on a Saturday night and was capable of diagnosing the problem. I unquestionably preferred his perseverance in explaining the steps he took to diagnose the problem or even dealing with the entire assurance system for the defective component. He kept us updated throughout the week while the component was being sourced and was capable of getting the furnace back up and running. What more could you want? Courteous, sincere, knowledgeable, and punctual.

Woke up to no heat, and found Sun Heating & Cooling randomly on Google search. I called and got a courteous representative who scheduled me for an appointment without trying to sell me any services before we had even begun, which was nice! The repair guy showed up early, was super friendly and helpful. He explained everything he was doing and the pricing was what I considered to be very reasonable. Will use again!

Wonderful service! Sun Heating & Cooling tech came out not once but twice in a matter of hours from our phone call when our AC went out. Even with this nasty hurricane coming in. Took his time and was so kind. Friendly with our pups and and just over all excellent customer service! Thankful we won’t be without AC.
