I made the appointment on Wednesday. John Long came on Friday and diagnosed the problem. On Saturday, Jacob Hartung came to make the repair and to explain the replacement part that would solve the problem. However, Jacob gave us a fix that will at least get us through the hot months. They were both knowledgeable and we felt confident that we got excellent service by competent technicians. They were on time and professional.
We just bought a new house. It was too cold for the inspector to check our air conditioning. When the sun came out. It wasn’t working. They did an amazing job of checking the furnace and air conditioning and making sure everything was running correctly for us. Even though I had just called them for a maintenance/cleaning check. They were amazing!

We used them for years. Never have I experienced any type of fear tactics like I experienced this past March. They lied to us and told us we had cracks on both our furnaces and that we were in danger of carbon monoxide poisoning. While these are older furnaces, anyone who knows anything about furnaces knows that an 80 efficiency furnace would turn off before having a carbon monoxide leak. I had to request them to send the pictures and when they did, I asked management to tell me exactly where the crack was and once pushing them, they couldn’t see it in one furnace, and it was barely visible in the other and admitted it wouldn’t cause a leak. It makes me very sad to see this type of fear tactics. Luckily my husband worked as an engineer at Honeywell, and could definitely recognize it. I worry about all the people they could have scammed this past year just because inflation and warm winter had such an affect on their business. If someone tells you that you’re in danger of having a carbon monoxide leak make them tell you exactly how that would happen with your specific furnace and do your research. Giving two stars and not one because they were good in the past :( My hope is they get better again.
Checked my furnace and carbon monoxide level in my house. Found a crack in my furnace. I am getting a new furnace on March 28 and I was assured that no carbon monoxide was present in my house. I feel comfortable about leaving my furnace on for four more days until new furnace is installed. Your service men were wonderful in explaining everything to me. I would recommend you to anyone who is in need of a new furnace.

Charlie was the service technician and he did a tremendous job. Also, I’m thankful for Joseph who got me the right service. When I called the office I was pointed in the wrong direction, but after reaching out to Joseph, he took care of it.
I cannot brag on this company enough and Jon, the amazing technician. After four days of no heat, in the middle of a winter storm, and getting the run around from our home warranty company and another heating company, Sun Heating and Cooling came through! They were at our house within an hour of calling and Jon spent three hours working to fix everything. They've made us customers for life!
