Maybe I can get a response this way, since calling and leaving multiple messages is not working. I have a thermostat that has been malfunctioning for over a year that they have yet to replace. Previous attempts to have it taken care of resulted in me being told "We will look into it and get back to you" but they never do. A couple weeks ago when it was so cold, the system was stuck on AC because the thermostat screen is completely non functional now, leaving my house freezing. We currently pay $54/month for the maintenance package that includes "1 day service calls" but can't even get anyone to answer the phone or return calls to get anything scheduled. My last message I left was asking for a return call ASAP to get the thermostat issue fixed and to discuss how to cancel the $54/month plan since it's doing me no good and they still have not returned my call AND still charged my account for the maintenance plan. At this point I would call this a scam. Oh and today is 95* out and the thermostat is still not working so my AC is running non stop trying to keep up. Come on Air Care Today. Get your act together.

This company installed our unit about 5 years ago and it has given us issues ever since. We have a 10 year warranty and we have had to call them 3-5 times a year every year for service. Recently, we have called them everyday for the past 5 days and they have yet to return our calls. We will be involving an attorney now.

Like others have shared have been calling them and leaving messages and not getting a call back. Not sure if they are still in business. By the way their Austin number doesn't see to be functional either. Like others they installed a couple of HVAC units at out home and gave a 5 yr warranty but I can't get hold of them to get it looked at now that I have a problem within the warranty period. If anyone from the company is reading this message can you please call me back, I left my phone number on your answering system.

AirCare guys did a great job in installation. However, there has been zero response from them for over 3 weeks to fix our AC. I've left multiple messages to just about everybody (sales resp, admin, repair), and nobody calls back. Our AC units are under warranty, and they've stopped caring. Would not recommend.

Air Care came to our rescue yesterday, when our ac unit broke down, on the hottest day in Texas in recent times. They responded immediately and within an hour we had a technician at our place. Professional and thorough, he diagnosed the issue and .ot it fixed. Superior service for sure

UPDATE: The Bosch unit died during the freeze the tech replaced the compressor and the main board which took two months to get completed as the parts had to be shipped from Germany. Thank goodness was agreeable. But I had to become an advocate and call the company to get it done. Thank goodness it was still under warranty. Communication with air care today was less than satisfactory in the end they did the right thing and honored their agreement to “service“ the unit. Filters cost between 40 and $60. And their annual service cost does not compare with many others. I can’t say enough about the tech who came to work on it. However Michele in the office dropped the ball several times. ACTUAL PURCHASE: David Ucherek was extremely well informed, assessed my needs and worked to get me the deal I wanted. We installed a Bosch 4 ton variable speed unit and Furnace. The comparable costs with 12 other companies could not be beat. David did not try to push me into buying but was good to continue to call back and ask how he could earn my business. The two man crew that installed the unit were professional, courteous, and friendly. To my amazement, the job was finished in one day. Jeff Hollander came back to teach me how to program my phone to set up the thermostat. He was very patient and kind. Good Job Air Care Today. I would highly recommend them.

David and the installation crew at Air Care Today did a fantastic job. David was very professional and explained all of the services/options. The installation crew was prompt, courteous and did a great job. I had one minor install issue and they were extremely quick to follow up and get it fixed. Overall great experience.

I had a great experience with Air Care Today! They changed out my old furnace and air conditioner. Things went smoothly every step of the way. From the sales guy that came out to the installers that did a great job and coordinating it through their office was a great experience. I would recommend them for anything related to your air conditioning and heating system needs!

They are incredibly knowledgeable about all of their products and don’t try to sell extra’s that are not needed. David takes his time to explain the systems they offer, which best suits your needs, and of course your budget When I had any questions, David always answered quickly. Buying an A/C is usually a painful experience, but not this time. David w Air Care Today made me feel at ease with the whole process. The installation team did a great job as well!!

In 2017 I went through my new acunit.com and purchased a whole brand new air conditioning and heating system. They then put me in contact with air care today so they could do the installation, I paid 3500 for the system Air Care today charged me over $3300 for installation and other miscellaneous things which I still have the receipt for. Ever since this was a new system it has never truly cooled my home as much as it really should be. Yesterday I had a company come service my system they said it was a very bad installation the coil was not hooked up to the Plenum correctly and air has always been escaping since 2017 and now there is mold inside of my system I called Air Care today yesterday and have yet to receive a phone call back. Do not use this
