Anthony answered right away and came out at 11pm to service our outside unit! He did a fantastic job and was very fast and efficient. He replaced the capacitor and checked the compressor, freon, and the fan motor too all for a fair and honest price. We will absolutely use Top HVAC again if/when the need arises.
