Dawn was absolutely wonderful! As she helped me find the perfect gloves it started to pour down rain outside and she even helped me make a poncho so i wouldn't get wet! Now if thats not outstanding customer service i dont know what is!!! THANK YOU DAWN!

Had an emergency after hours call. Reached out to various supply houses and Grainger was the only one to answer. Brian had a very quick response, and was able to get the store open and the parts I needed within the hour. 10/10

Little bit of a wait, then sorting out an exchange but the rep was very helpful in finding out where my parts were and helped find a replacement exhaust fan motor for a bathroom. Couldn’t help but notice the prices on tools are really good right now with Black Friday coming up.
Repeat visit wasn’t so fortuitous. Returning a bathroom fan motor for the shaft being to long. Woman couldn’t find it even tho I googled the brand and it came right up as available in Home Depot and Lowe’s.

Do not order from this place unless you are desperate. I place order for 2 Ballard because I was in a time crunch and they say they could get it to me next day or day after. I order from them and pay More Than Twice as much as Amazon or Home Depot so I can get it sooner. I was suppose to get at the latest last Thursday. It’s Monday now and still do not have. They now say it’s Tuesday or Wednesday before I might get.
