    I do not recommend not good communication they cut a hole on top of the unit ,explanation of why they cut it , looks like 💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩, they were supposed to be here today I called To see why they hadn’t shown up !!! Explanation we will go next week !!!!! please think twice before you call this company

    When it comes to the maintenance after installing a system last year.... there is a severe lack of communication. When I am told a certain time frame and later after speaking to someone else told another. It is a terrible thing when the time frame given has passed and not even a courtesy call. When the maintenance was done the drain was not cleared completely and the system shut off. Called and waited and was assured it would be fixed by the end of the week. The day came. They were a no show until my husband called. If he would not have called no one would have came to fix their mistake.

    How is it that you guys claim to be the best AC techs in the DFW area, but yet have the worst jobs around. All your apologies don't fix our AC issues. You guys never have parts in stock.. BBB Needs to know your unresponsive ongoing issues.

    I do not recommend.

    I paid Airrey to install a new HVAC in a 1500sq ft home 2 years ago. Unit quit working this weekend in 100+ heat.

    I called Saturday and Sunday several times and left a call back number per the voicemail. On Sunday a tech finally answered and said he was the on-call and that I had to call back tomorrow starting at 8am. He wouldn't take an address, take a message or help schedule a service call.

    It's tomorrow Monday and I have been calling all morning for 1 hour, 8am-9am.

    I cannot contact them from any phone I have. I finally texted an old number of a foreman I had for them and he asked me to call the main line or send an email. Poor customer service. All 3 numbers listed on google and their website stay in a queue and then disconnect, every time. Select English and it converts to Spanish half way through. Luckily I am bilingual.

    I'll will not use Airrey in the future.

    I have been calling since this morning today, trying to get someone to come look at my unit because it doesn't seem to cool anymore But NO ONE IS ASWERING!! My house is getting hot and this Texas heat is not helping. My unit is not even 2 years old and its already failing!

    After 6 months, ac unit started to have problems. Called so many times and no one ever answers. Left messages and they don't call back. Finally found the number of the technician who came to install it. He claims there is nothing wrong it and we need to switch it from heat to EM Heat for it to work properly. That's not how that works. EM heat is meant if the AC unit breaks and we need to switch it to EM Heat, which obviously the AC isn't working. Stay away from this company!!!

    This system is over 8k, it hasn’t been a year since the installation and the thermostat stopped working- apparently labor and parts are still under warranty for 1 year. .. i called for service and said- I had to wait 4 days to someone to be available without being changed for service- BUT!!!! If I really needed someone sooner they said they could find someone for labor $120.00. And yes they came a couple hours later and i had to pay them at that moment $120.00 . The guy knew it was the thermostat that went bad- he said is something usual.And was fixed-I have 3 kids I couldn’t wait this many days without my system working. FYI— thermostat usually brakes down before a year according to AC Rey reviews and they will say - there’s no one available-But - there can be one if you really needed sooner for $120.00— this is BS.
