UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES!!! STAY AWAY FOR YOUR PEACE OF MIND AND POCKET BOOK!!!! Without authorization from us, Camilo A./AirRey charged my mother $8000 on a loan account that she did not agree to be opened, as well as scheduling an install that she did not agree with or want. We did not sign any documents, no finance application or contract for work to be done. I wonder how many poor souls they have done this to that don't speak up or know their consumer rights? For your peace of mind, STAY AWAY!!!

They advertised on their Facebook and through the radio that they were supporting customer during COVID by providing a rebate for up to $1500 to customers who got a new AC. They are falsely advertising this rebate. When they installed they told us they would mail a check to us, when we did not receive anything we called them back and were told they never advertised that. They were rude and called us liars. They are ripping off new customers! Do not work with them!

They are ripping off new customers! Don’t work with them!

STAY AWAY! I would give a zero star.
I had a complete AC inside, outside unit and duct installation. After service was done I found my handgun missing days later. The technicians that installed were the only two in the room where gun was STOLEN due to the breaker box in bedroom. Called company to get names of technicians or if there was anything they could do to resolve this matter and they gave us nothing. Took over a week to hear anything from company and they let us know, there was nothing they could do. They were upset we got the police involved. Hello!! It’s a stolen gun , we had to report it...::Unbelieveable!!

The team was fast and helped me out of a bind. I had guests coming and the AC was broken but Air Rey saved the day!

The person that finally arrived liked to bad mouth other companies but never talked about what they honestly had to offer. Couldn't give an exact price. No thank you.

They install a new unit in my house, put a big unit, consuming lots and lots of electricity told the about this ignoring me they said is normal. After that I wanted a service call them never answer call few times, texting , nothing. Bad, deal, there are better options in the market. BAAAAADDDDDD SSSSEEEEERRRRVVVVIIIICCCEEEEE

Great service! They fixed my uniy the same day- didn’t have to replace the whole system. Best in town, highly recomended.

What an excellent job they did at my house. I was already desperate with these heats. They came and repaired the unit. thank you very much with this heat I could not leave my family
