Amazing customer service and did a wonderful job on their service!

I am very upset with the services that AIR REY service has been providing to me.. My AC was replaced on the 16th of June and since then the AC has not fully worked at my house, they have sent 2 technicians out and one of them said that when the inspection was done they were supposed to replace air ducts, which of course we trusted the company "due to the years of experience "...blah blah blah .Now I keep calling the Houston office to get an answers about what we can do , to fix this issue. Nobody has the decency to give me a call back day after day that I've called only thing they say is we will call you back never get a call back. It's been about to be a month and the only thing I get is we will send a technician out I don't need a technician I need someone to fix the problem. I already received the statement for the first month and it is ridiculous that we do not have an answer neither anyone trying to fix this problem. PLEASE DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR "NEW AC "

In my opinion the service that Air Rey provided was excellent. Gerardo did an excellent job explaining the whole process from start to finish. He walked us through all of the different options Air Rey provides and recommend the one he thought was best for my home. The product itself was very well installed and has already made a positive impact in our household. It keeps my house nice and cool in this Texas heat and has minimize the loud sound from our old a/c system. Highly recommend.

Air Rey replaced the entire HVAC system including ducts at my place. Extremely happy with their service. Gustavo Fajardo the sales person from start to finish went above and beyond while working with me. Mr. Rothman and his 2 guys did an excellent job installing the system. Thank you Air Rey.

they forgot to tell you that, when you buy a new system for your house.
even if they have 10 years of warranty ON PARTS "ONLY" you still get charge a considerable amount of money for labor that THEY DO NOT COVER LABOR, and these charges are so ridiculous and most likely if it is on weekends, so, i guess is better to save money if you order the parts from them and have someone you know install it for cheap price!

Air Rey A/C & Heating just installed a new A/C and Heating system, including ductwork, vents, and thermostat. The guys started working at 9:00am and were finished right after 4:00pm. We had a great experience with everyone, but especially with Felipe Foronda. He took his time explaining and answering all our questions and doubts. I look forward to calling on this company again.

When I called “Air Rey Conditioning” the technician Fernando answered the phone and was extremely friendly and thorough with what repairs were going to be done. The prices were fair and I felt very taken care of. I definitely will use them again and recommend to other people

Had Air rey service install all brand new Ac system in July since then my air vents been leaking water and not cooling properly in almost 3 rooms. Been having a hard time getting in touch with them. They send 2 tech to do the exact same non sense work on my ac and still leaking water after I ask them why are u trying to do the same thing over and over. They rep who sold me the service does not wish to give me his supervisor phone number so that I can get help with some else to come fix my problem. It’s almost October and still have not gotten my ac properly installed. I will report them them better businesses bureau and make a letter to the radio station who is promoting this company. I will go beyond what I have to do to report this company bcuz $8,000 has already been paid to them and they insist on failing to fix my brand new Ac installation. Will not recomend this company ever again.
