AC was not cooling and house was up to 100 degrees inside. Came exactly when they said they would and technician was very professional and knowledgeable! Started checking out the system very methodically and discovered outside had not been cleaned (small twigs and dirt all on the inside and was heating up and shutting off). Cleaned the unit and we were back in business!
All their personnel are so professional, listen carefully to what you have to say so they understand how the issue is manifesting itself and then go about their diagnostics and steps to resolve. They keep you in the loop and let you know what they are finding as they inspect the system!

Our A/C went out on us . We called Air Rey on Thursday they came out Friday and Saturday we had a brand new unit. Carlo & his team did a outstanding job.

I selected 3 companies with "free" diagnose visit. Air Rey tech was very polite but I knew something wasn't right as soon as I saw him coming inside my house without testing equipment. I knew he was going to suggest to get a new unit, which he quoted for $8650 after giving me a poor speech, wasting my time, about how I should get a new unit and everything that comes with it, WITHOUT even knowing how old was my exiting unit! To me that was not professional. A total scam. This type of company all they want is your money. I got to fix my unit for $1000 and my house is nice and cool thanks to an honest company. Always have options and don't believe in all the BS this kind of companies tell you.

This company installed a unit at my house last year and we just recently realized they used 20+ year old electrical cables. They came to my home and acknowledged their wrong doing and were supposed to contact me to schedule a repair team to come and it is about to be a week and nothing. I have called and called but they just tell me someone is gonna contact me and that they’re aware of my issues but no one contacts me. I just want them to fix their wrong doings, I will retract my review once I get it resolved. All I want is for the “manager” to call me like they’ve been telling me he will.

I wish we would have checked out the reviews prior to hiring Air Rey to put in a new unit in my parents' home.

I won't go into much detail because I know their automated system will kick in and say to "send an email to support". Let me just list a few things and be your own judge if their company is for you or not.

1) From the get-go, the sales rep deterred us from doing anything to the ducts even though we complained initially of one particular upstairs room barely getting any air to it.

2) The new condenser ended up freezing within two months of use which resulted in a leak.

3) After requesting service to look at our ducts (since we were initially told not to worry about them) on June 10th, it took until July 16th to FINALLY receive a call regarding an appointment for service. By the way, in all those weeks I communicated to customer service and our sales rep and the rep assured us we would get a call.

4) So the leak got repaired, but now, July 27th, we finally had a service appointment for the ducts and sadly we were stood up. No one showed at all. I'm typing this at 6:36 and no one has called or tried contacting us in any way. I don't wasted a full day waiting around for no one to show up. I'll have to do the same another day when we are forced to reschedule.

If Air Rey is reading this, be assured I'm not sending an email. You will fix this issue and it won't result in my parents paying for much. You are a disgrace as a Hispanic owned and operated company. Shame on you and your customer service for treating so many of your customers this way.

Do NOT use these people. Save yourself the stress, headaches, and wasted personal time waiting on communication and resolved issues.
