Air Rey - Houston

we used them a few years ago and everything worked out smoothly. We are happy with the parts and equipment used.

My house was on remodeling when they came and install new ac unit thru out the whole house it was empty . Now I call them back to install the air vents and the thermostat. The numbers they have me the same lady answers and tells me the office will call me to give me a date for them to come and finish , but I been waiting the whole week for a phone call from them . I call them numerous times and now the phones going to voice mail I left 5 messages and they have not call me back . I’m very disappointed with A Rey air conditioning company . Will not referral them to anyone else . I’m just worried when my ac goes out I will have to call another company to fix it . Which they said I had 10 warranty on unit .

I worked with Delma (sales person) and Issac (technician) and had a good experience! Both were professional and addressed our HVAC system in a productive manner. I enjoyed working with both of them and appreciated their help. They made sure our HVAC system is working properly.

My husband and I are extremely happy with Air Rey. Gerardo Raptis was very professional from start to finish. He answered all of our questions and truly educated us on our new HVAC system. We are already seeing a major difference in our electric bill. It has gone down by $300! We will be recommending Gerardo and his team to all of our friends and family in the Houston area. Can someone please return my service call? I've left voice-mail, and no one returns my calls. We bought a very expensive unit, and it needs service. I even drove by your business address, and the building is empty. Why do you leave your customers with warranties, hanging?

They went above and beyond to service our AC, because it was leaking freon. Went 2x to put coolant in, so we could be comfortable before changing out our coil that was leaking. Would definitely recommend.

My husband and I have had a great experience having Gerardo Raptis come and change our A.C & give us great service and help because we have struggled for years with finding a good company help us change our system and this is the one !!
