I will tell you I’ve had the absolute best experience using ARS. Not only were the two gentlemen that came and worked on my house, friendly, courteous, professional, and absolutely had the most amazing manners out of anybody could ever come to my house to work on my house in my life. This caused me to be a huge fan of this company, and this gentleman deserves. Accommodations for an awesome job in incredible professionalism and knowledge.

They were great! Professional and on time, and very thorough. Plus, they gave a total price up front (which was a little more than some others) and guaranteed there wouldn't be any additional costs. In the past, I've had work done by others where halfway through, surprise surprise, suddenly there was new costs.

Will definitely keep them saved for any additional work in the future!

Update: had two have both AC units replaced (one had failed) and the guys came same day, and stayed until 1130 at night to finish the job!

Unfortunately, a few days later one stopped working but they sent out a supervisor (Al, he was excellent) the next day. Turned out my old thermostat went bad so he grabbed one off the truck (removed from other job) and installed at no charge.

I'm upgrading to the nest system soon, so this was a very nice act to get me by until I get the new gear.

Very happy with the new system.

Kicking myself for waiting so long to replace.

We bought a kitchen faucet from Home Depot. We called ARS to schedule an install. We’ve used them many times before and were very satisfied. But they wanted $365 to install. That is robbery. So we declined the install. We’re now set up with Home Depot for the install. $215. That’s more acceptable. I’m mad but more shocked that they would charge so much. Sad how some businesses take advantage of people.

Kariamu Samples-Smart spent a good 5 hours with us going through complete details on what's the optimum requirement for our household and getting us the best finance rates and prices. We closed the deal the same evening and were happy with our experience with her.

Update: I've downgraded my rating to 3 stars based on after sales service. The condensers installed were not what I ordered to begin with (Bryant instead of Payne). I've made two calls in two days to the call center, who ensured me that someone will call me within the day. I'm still waiting after COB on day two. Clearly, this is not a matter that is considered important or urgent by ARS. Now I'm really concerned..

This company is a very honest company and will give you a true free estimate. Other contractors will charge a fee just to drive out there whether they do work or not. They will give you a free quote and you decide if want to accept their service or not.

They came to my house to see what needed to be repaired and my outlets were out. All I had to do was go to the breaker box and reset it and the power was back on. So there was nothing to repair or replace. I didn't get charged anything. If I had to use another service, I would have been charged at least $175 just to give an estimate and nothing had to be fixed. So I would highly recommend ARS for any service for their integrity.

Committed to providing the best possible service! Great understanding of our particular problem and recommended 2 options of mitigating the situation. The only "con" is that they are not punctual within the time range given. Was given 9 to 1 and they arrived near 5pm. They made up for it by being very thorough in seeking out the source of our concern.

The unit did not properly cool the entire home, as where the previous unit did exceptionally well. Very disappointing after spending almost $14,000. The call center is exceptionally professional. Sadly, the installation took 10 hours, and not done correctly requiring us the have to get more technicians wasting my valuable time.

My AC went out, and Technician Dillion showed up just before the heat became unbearable. He was quick, efficient, and explained the work very well before performing the service. He made some great recommendations for future upgrades to improve my AC efficiency and home safety. I highly recommend for fast response and wonderful service.

The technician arrived within the timeframe provided and explained the process before clearing the clogged outside main drain, He was knowledgeable and thorough! A camera view was scheduled to be proactive in determining if further action would be needed! I’ve use the company before and would use them again!

I had a plumbing emergency (blocked main drain) that backed into my master bathroom shower with a foul odor! ARS responded earlier than anticipated, provided an overview of the services and potential problems. Luckily for me, it required only the main drain clean service which was completed expeditiously!

Thanks to them we were finally able to take shower
