I hate this company so much!!! They take your money. They promise to give a tax refund. The membership fee to inspect your AC/ heater is a waste of money. I canceled the membership, yet they take my money!!! I hope you see this review. Don’t bother with them. Go to Home Depot or Lowe’s. Piece of Garbage company. They are thieves.

Soon after my visit from technician Steven Jinkins, I was asked to give a review via this link. I now understand why he wanted me to 'Give him 5 Stars' immediately on multiple occasions. It was because I would not have had time to uncover just how predatory and unprofessional his actions were. He never answered my questions, nor gave any possible solutions other than his decision to guide me to spend $765 with a 15% discount (instead of the original cost of $900.) The bottom line is that I was able to clear the minor clog in my pipe by the family owned company, Bodensteiner AC, for $90 in about 15 minutes. My questions were answered clearly and I was given suggestions on how to prevent this from happening again. It appears that the $20/ month fee that I pay ARS for maintenance was a complete waste of money. I am walking away from ARS, will not use them again, and will definitely recommend anyone who needs HVAC and/or plumbing concerns to NOT use this company and to avoid their disappointing antics.

A service appointment was booked for 2 HVAC units for its servicing on Saturday, (05/06/23) between 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Around 3:00 pm their office informed the technician would come late - between 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm as they are running behind. Perfect! we understand this can happen and agreed and waited for them. Around 4:45 they called again and said they can't follow the schedule for the day and wanted to re schedule it to next day. Agreed for next day. Same story repeated what's happened on the previous day.
We cancelled their service and moved with another company as we realized they are incompetent, and not worthy enough to keep up their commitment.

Christian was able to install my new kitchen faucet in the same day that I requested an appointment. I thought it would be the next day, so very happy to have this done sooner. He also took care of 2 other plumbing problems that I had, which we didn't notice until after he was here. I do find ARS to be pricey. But I have so much confidence in their skills and knowledge that I feel it is worth it. Thanks Christian and ARS!

I had my sewer line repaired, 5 feet both ways from the crack. They answered all my questions . The guys that came out to do the repair were awesome. They replace the dirt and grass, it looks good.

Great work performed and on time and reasonable cost for the emergency that happened. They had to dig up our patio to replace piping and was very good and restoring everything.

Cas and Chris were our specialists. They were timely and professional. They both kept us informed of price and each step they had to do to unclog our sewer line. We had a great experience with ARS in the past and we had the same experience this time. We highly recommend ARS.

From the moment I called ARS, I was treated respectfully. Crystal, with the after-hours call-center was friendly, accomodating and made me feel like my issue would be resolved in a timely manner. Jacob, our technician, was on-time, friendly, thorough and very helpful. Our issue was resolved quickly and very professionally. I will definitely call and use them again.
