Very Good company .Mr. Lino the Tech was great he explained everything and service was done very fast .I had my entire ac unit and furnance and duct work replaced . Cost was a good value compared to other ac companies .

Technicians Juan Bucio and Manuel were very Professional, courteous, knowledgeable. They really are Plumbing Specialists. The work was completed in a timely manner Without any problems at all. They also treated my family and I very kindly and were concerned that we had no hot water. From calling them on the first day we had a new hot water heater installed and HOT water before noon the next day! I can only say awesome on this company and it’s technicians. Their price was also very reasonable.

After my water heater of 28 years which performed outstandingly well however I needed a new one installed “Jesus & another fellow technician” arrived on time; very professional and patient and prepped my stairs with drop cloths and removed my old 28yrs old water heater and installed a new Bradford White Digital 40 gallons water heater. Just like informed me within less than 30 minutes I was showering with HOT Water 👍🏾

We had them come out for a quote on a completely new hvac system and ducts. The sales guy was in a rush it seemed. Once he knew we would be paying cash he got pushy. The details were left out because he was in such a hurry to leave with our money. Our old compressor was on a platform on the side of our house and was in bad shape. And we had tried to discuss if it should be moved to ground level or kept where it was. These guys are supposed to be the professionals and should have advised us on what was best. So when install day came they showed up with no extra copper tubing to move the unit to the ground and said we hadn't been charged for that so they couldn't do it anyway. Then decided they would just put the new one on the old rotten platform. I said no it needed to atleast be replaced. They called out their contractor. I beleive it was Kelly's. They replaced 6 boards, left the original rotting posts and the contractor charged us another $900. Which the price was never discussed they just started working and took advantage of us on top of terrible work that was done. They bolted the platform to the side of our house so it vibrates the wall so bad the windows rattle. The AC was installed as well as new ducts but they left the old vents up. (There were gaps between the vents and ceiling and as much as we paid ,$16,000, we felt these details should have been taken care of. There was also an issue with an $800 gift card we were promised at the sales pitch. After lots of phone calls to customer service they finally sent 8 $100 gift cards (2 of which had already been spent!) I've tried to talk to customer service about these issues several times. I keep getting put off. The fan and bearings have been replaced on our unit twice already and its only been a year. Were being told its the water from our roof causing the issue. its an outside unit and shouldnt it be made for rain?? The ac unit inside was poorly done as well. They used tape to seal gaps in the intake box instead of replacing it. The tape is comming off now and we will have to fix the intake box. Our home is full of dust and we just keep being told its the air scrubber we purchased from them causing more dust. All in all it has been a horrible experience and I would never use them again. The only positive has been The professionalism of Ron who has been very nice and has tried to help, and has been out to our home for the repairs. I've waited over a year to post my review in hopes of them making it right. At least it heats and cools i guess...

Both salesmen were honest and professional. They were patient and answered all of my questions. The supervisor of the team was also very patient and professional and very knowledgeable. The men that installed the unit worked very hard and were also kind.
