I know ARS responded below that they acknowledge they are not the cheapest but strive for excellent customer service. For comparison, I had the work completed Monday afternoon by a local plumber. I called at 9am Monday AM and they were on site by 3pm. Total cost for same scope of work was $235 plus tax. So response time was equivalent to ARS and cost was 1/3.
DO NOT USE. Let me start by saying Tony and Chris were super nice and communicated very well. Great guys. Was quoted $83.00 on the phone for a “special” to unclog the main line from my home. I knew it would be more when they got here and was prepared for it. But then was quoted $783 to fix 1 sink and shower line. As a home builder, this is a $175 job, max. Just to be clear, went it went from $83.00 quoted on the phone to $783, $850 if I used their treatment solution too. Please, if you’re not comfortable doing this yourself or knowledgeable about construction processes and costs call anyone but this company.

This is like pulling teeth getting a tech over. They always no show and dont even have the common decency to give a call or anything to say they are not coming. Weve waited weeks to be treated like this everytime they’ve scheduled a technician. Also no call to reschedule when they don’t show up. On top of that , their prices are way above competitors. The Google reviews are inaccurate, check the Yelp reviews.

Lino, the ARS service provider was on time, professional and informative on what needed to be repaired. He made sure he pointed out the problem to me rather than just reading it to me from his report. I would recommend this particular ARS service provider.

I'm 75 and sick. My commode seal has been leaking. I had no idea it would cost $385.00 to replace the seal. I can't afford to fix it. But, he did ask me to have a good day!!!!!!! I don't have anyone to help me. I know $385.00 is out of the question. Google says from $75.00 to $250.00. He got here and looked around and thought he'd make some extra money. I don't have anyone to help me. I'm waiting on a call back from the company with a explanation.

When I call I told them it was my restroom sink that was clogged up, the technician said they were not told, that it was a sink. Instead of 69.00 they said it would cost me 400.00 to 700.00 to unclothed my sink, I said no thank you.

Will have to reschedule another technician. I need plumber that can unstop tub and also price on replacing some pipe under house. Technician that came was very polite but did not have the equipment. I did not make myself clear about unstopping tub also

BEWARE!! This was for a garbage disposal and dishwasher reconnect. Angelica told me 89$ fee and "I've never had my customer pay anything more than $200-$300". Also, I mentioned I need to budget the costs and she assured me someone would reach out from dispatch on day of appointment before my 4pm to 8pm time and go over the prices and estimate for a reconnect job. Of course, no one called me on day of appointment. I called them 90mins prior and then Walter shows up on time, looks and says "$489 for dishwasher reconnect, $289 for garbage disposal reconnect, $283 for sink piping, $183 for installing brand new faucet." I am upset because if ARS had called me to go over the pricing/estimate, I would have told them I couldn't afford their prices. Walter then proceeded to insist I pay the $89 fee which felt like a bait/switch, and threatened that this would go to collections. I am opposed to threats arising from dishonest and poor business practices. This is NOT A GOOD COMPANY AND THEIR CALL CENTRE AND DISPATCH/SERVICE CENTRES ARE INCONGRUENT WITH EACH OTHER. also, Walter refused to let me speak with his Supervisor after touting "if I did this on my own free time, I would charge $500" as well as saying "$1049 and the most I can give discount is $850". So, add ARBITRARY PRICING AS WELL? Seems like no one can give an accurate pricing despite Walter saying "I working this company 32years and I know the pricing in my head."
BEWARE BEWARE... I will be reporting to the BBB. they have good customer service when u call them, alas, only to be baited and switched.
