The Dixie location is the best retail a/c shop I have dealt with for 42 years. But Trane has made a huge mistake with their Commercial line by making their equipment Symbio, this is going to cost Trane a lot of money, the equipment is no longer viable in the replacement market, having to add thermostat wire to the outdoor equipment is not a smart option when the outdoor equipment in commercial buildings is not located close to an Air Handler, plus the wiring diagrams with the equipment are useless and totally incorrect.
