Can't say enough good things about the tech ARS sent out to repair my AC. Omar was efficient and explained everything that was going on and what I could do to help my AC last longer. Will definitely give them a call again if I need anything.

Although the price for what I needed done was expensive the work was very professional and done quickly. The technician that came out (Deversion) gave me all of my options and didn’t try to push me one way or the other. Jesus and Sherman were prompt, courteous, professional, knowledable, quick and skilled in removing our old water heater and intalling a new electric tank water heater in our attic. They also installed a newly required electric shutoff switch. The price of $2499 by ARS for the entire job was lower than other competitors by more than $1000. I will choose ARS for my future plumbing needs.

The service was great. Richard did a quality job.
What was a rip off was the warranty or so called warranty. When I bought the whole system including duct work, I was quarantined by the sales guy I had a 10 year warranty on the entire system. Well $1089.00 later it was a scam in order for me to purchase the entire system. I'm not done disputing this and I will talk to do someone if I can get past the girl answering the phone!!

Had appointment for between 1-4pm. At 5:30pm was called asking to reschedule. I said I had something to do in the morning, and we made arrangements to have them come out once I finished and called them. They were out before I called. Said could not fix due to not being able to identify my Nordyne PSA4BD 5 ton condenser marketed by Maytag (amazing what you can do with Google, 5 minutes and reading the label) so I need to replace the entire unit. When I called manager for explanation, I was told that the tech would have me a quote before he left. The tech spent less than 15 minutes in my house and was gone. I explained he had been gone for awhile. The manager then told me that I would get the quote in my email, he was still filling out service ticket. Two and a half hours later, i get the paperwork. No solution, no quote, nothing but how much that 10 minutes of him being in our presence would cost.

ARS was at my house within 3 hours of my calling. Technician was within 5 minutes of the service time. Friendly, professional and fixed the problem in 20 minutes. Quote was affordable and our AC was running immediately. Best service experience.

I had an appointment for today and kept calling for updates and the lady at the call center tried lying to me 3 hours later after the appointment was supposed to be and saying that I missed my call today when I haven’t gotten a single call text or email. She transferred me to dispatch and the guy even said on his records there was no call and he does know why she would say that. They said the plumber was stuck on other jobs all day but had me wait all day since 11am so now I can’t get another plumber out here tonight. Wouldn’t recommend.

Very smooth process from requesting the service to payment. The plumber was knowledgeable and efficient. Made sure the bathroom faucet was installed correctly and the area was left clean. He was also very pleasant and friendly.

Update: 6 week later, I am still having to fight with this company to complete the job I was promised. Please DO NOT use them!! Communication has basically stopped except for them continuing to try to get my bank to release the money for the work they still have not completed!

Edit: The work is still not completed after more than a month. Communication has almost completely stopped except for from the accounting department because they want to get paid. They keep requesting money from the bank even if the job isnt done!

This started with a backed up toilet and has lead to a total drain pipe replacement which now I don't even know if I really needed. I trusted ARS and Brandon and went woth them even though their bid was a few thousand dollars hirer than others because I trusted Brandon. This company preformed such a bait and switch. Sent out a technician Brandon who promised my $22,000 drain pipe replacement job would be done in a week. I was never told I'd be with out water, but on 2 seperate days they showed up and cut all the water off with out telling me anything. Mind you with 4 kids in the house. Now after more than 2 weeks, they have stopped working. Brandon stopped responding to texts and calls. Even after I called the main office I still have gotten no response. They unwrapped the main water pipe to my house for absolutely no reason and now it some how has a leak. I had to patch it because no one from ARS will respond to me. This morning I realize that after they worked under my bathroom sink, it now has a leak that has damages the cabinet and drawer. They requested funding from my bank even before the city inspector had come out, which I thankfully stopped. Do NOT fall for their lies, they have left my yard a mess, broken 2 pipes, and won't respond!
