Asked for diagnostic of ac unit that wasn’t cooling properly and cut was leaking causing an odor into my home. Technician came and did some trouble shooting. He was on his phone alot asking people what to do. I was told ac wasn’t leaking but couldn’t explain why it wasn’t cooling. He was going to leave saying he didn’t know what else to do. I explained that was why he was here and why I’m paying. He didn’t have an answer. Called his supervisor. I asked if he could check the thermostat which he did. It was ok. After 5 hrs he remembered he didn’t check a filter in the outside part. It was blocking airflow.
He is a nice guy but didn’t seem to know much. He kept saying the same things over and over. I had to keep reminding him that we had already talked about issues and that wasn’t why he was there.
Not really sure what to think.

The driver was early which was nice and he was extremely polite and personable. All the options were explained to me and after choosing the best plan of attack, he took care of business. I wish I would have called much earlier. Nice guy with a solid work ethic. 💪

My service person, Ernesto A, was outstanding. He was timely, he wore clean protective covers over his shoes, he informed me of potential concerns, and he thoroughly inspected my ac components in the attic as well as outside. The maintenance check fee was fair. In addition, Mr. Ernesto A was kind, courteous, joyful and respectful. I will follow-up on his points from the inspection. Thanks representatives from ARS!

Charon with ARS came out to the house and explained our situation where we could understand it easily. Explained to us the financing options, the cost, the different units available, and quality of the units and longevity. He went above and beyond and we extremely pleased with ARS so far. I would definitely recommend not only ARS, but Charon to anyone that needs HVAC service

I am not happy with my service. Y'all Tried to sell me a whole new motor for $3,000 and would have to wait two days or replace the whole system and do it that day. Called another person they came out same day only the capacitor needed to be fixed and cost only $400. I feel that my family and I were being taken advantage of and will not be doing business with you all anymore. I signed up for a year service deal but would like a refund of my $120.

The service representative(Unfortunately, I did not write her name down) who took my initial call , was very professional and helpful. She scheduled my appointment immediately for the same morning.
The technician, Cristian Vega, was very professional. He called me with an estimated time of arrival, and promptly arrived within that time estimate.
Once he arrived, he diagnosed the issue with my thermostat and replaced it with a new one. He very patiently assisted me in setting up the Nest system on my phone, and went over its operation. Mr. Vega was easy going and friendly, while remaining professional the whole time. Excellent customer service!

I called them out to clean main drain line and they were going to charge me $600 because a few branches of my rose bush was hanging over flush out! The most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. Multiple plumbers have not had a problem with the bushes. They guy was rude and cocky. I called a different company and they got me unclogged and did not have a problem with the roses! I will not be using ARS ever again.

I had a plumbing issue at around 10pm on Sunday. I thought since it is a 24 hr service that a technician would be sent out that night, but a technician came out the next morning. After taking a look at the issue, I was told the cost would be over $1000 which I declined service because I felt that that was way too much for the simple issue I was having. The hot water in the tub would not turn off due to an issue with the facet nozzle/handle. I had my dad to take a look in which he purchased a $3.00 part to replace the broken part that was preventing the nozzle from being able to turn the hot water off. The customer rep was nice and attentive and the technician was nice as well. The price just wasn't right for me.

The gentleman was nice, and got my ac issue fixed, but I ended up paying about $100 more than the average. For a $50 capacitor which took all of about 5 min to replace, I was charged $300 dollars! I work construction and remodel, and I can’t see charging $300 for 5 min of work. I found the exact capacitor that was installed for $50 or less, so I was basically charged $251 for 5 min of work. That’s a bit extreme to me! Thank you for your services though

Technician arrived in time slotted ready to go to work, was polite and courteous and answered all my questions. He even pointed out a wasp nest in the entrance way! It was just a check up, but I am very pleased with the service!
