Our tech JC was awesome. He was very informative, he explained the problem with our ac unit in a way we understood. Even told us about the benefit of using ARS. The benifit of taking the membership. Which we joined. He also told us the benefit of purchasing a ac unit/furnace. Next time we need to replace any of these things. ARS you will be our first call.

Made an appointment for a routine AC service a week in advance with the intention of avoiding a breakdown during the summer. Took half the day off work only to receive a call 20 minutes before the end of the appointment window to let me know the technician was not going to make it due to an emergency. Rescheduled for the next day, I called an hour before the end of the appointment window only to find out the appointment needed to be rescheduled again. I have used this company in the past and never experienced a delay like this. Has the management or ownership changed? Do not use ARS unless you intend to cross your fingers and pray that they have time to show up. This company books appointments but they don’t show up. Do not use this company. This company will do nothing but waste a lot of your time and money. You’ll thank me later for this review

Brian Luera was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and explained in detail what he did. He showed me pictures of the parts that he replaced and explained the test results of the tests he performed on the system and why they needed to be replaced. I feel very good about the service that was provided. Great job. Highly recommend Brian.

Was able to get a same day appointment, came out and got it done with no issues. All contact was friendly: the person who made appointment, dispatcher, technician. Best part was my dog escaped while the technician was still in the driveway and he helped me chase him down, really appreciated. The whole experience was a positive.

Wonderful Experience! My HVAC system went out over a week ago. I reached out to Lowe's and they immediately connected me with ARS, and in a few hours Phillipe with ARS was at my home diagnosing the issue with my HVAC system. He gave me several options with financing, and had me set up to have my system replaced today (next day.) Phillipe was very professional and kind, not pushy. The ARS crew showed up today and again, very professional young men that had my new HVAC installed in a few hours. This old lady is cool and comfortable. Thanks ARS. You have a great team with these three guys. I will gladly recommend you to my friends and family.

First, false advertising. Listing $69 for clogging kitchen service. But I have to paid $83.
Second, the company did not provided correct equipments for technician to do good job. After first try by using hand snakes didn’t successfully even on second tries. I asked him why don’t you use other one which the head and cables more stronger like other tech.whom came to my house for this kind of service before. He told me he didn’t have that one.
I would like to bring this one up to whom in the company whom are really care about you customer.

Last night a technician came out promptly (or at least within the 3 hour window as scheduled) and diagnosed the issue. We were then given a 4-hour window (2p-6P) for another technician to come out today and do the repair work. Without even a call,i it’s now 5:50p and no one has shown up yet. I just called ARS and was told “they are running late and do not have an estimated time of arrival “. So we’ll continue to waste the rest of our day waiting for them. Of course we will pay in US currency for any services rendered but I’d also like give you a hearty thank you for your non-consideration of our (your customers’) time as well.
Customer service means serving the customer.

Jose Velasco was the supervisor on the project and did a great job. He was available to talk and confer and ask questions and we really appreciated that. Communication is the key. I still think it could have been less but he did work with us. He helped to conform the price to a slightly more reasonable rate and we are grateful. The workers were very nice and productive. Thanks.

We needed a Mini Split AC unit installed in our patio. We met with Logan who was very professional and knowledgeable of what needed to be done and provided us with a great rate and he was such a great guy to work with! The installers Yoanni and Andy were also amazing at their work and installed the unit so perfectly and professionally and we are more than pleased with their work! 10/10 experience overall!
