Finally an A/C, electrical, and plumbing company that is not full of charlatans. The technician, Matt Gray, actually took me with him to investigate everything and took pictures. He educated me along the way and really explained things. I am shocked, and feeling ignorant that I allowed John Moore and Village Plumbing to not only provide poor service, some of which was not even safe, but to basically steal from me. Live and learn I suppose, but also know that ARS has somewhat restored my faith that some businesses still have integrity.

My A/C went out as a result of a recent storm. I am going on week 2 without a/c in the middle of a heat wave in Texas. I contacted ARS, and had a new unit installed the next. The service I received from JC and Kay was phenomenal. My knowledge of air conditioning systems consists of turning it on and off. Both JC and Kay did a phenomenal job. Their customer service skills, knowledge of a/c’s and the assistance with cost savings were the reasons I chose ARS. Thanks Kay and JC!!!!

Great response time. I was always informed regarding the team arrival. The team was professional and the information very clear. The best ... a 12 months guarantee if there is any clog on the drain.

Quick response, reasonable price, best customer service. The tech has completely the whole drain cleaning in 1hr and water pressure. Camera inspection for us to see the pipes. Highly recommended

Chris Branch came out to help us with a drainage issue we had. He was responsive, on time, professional, and answered all of my questions. He politely navigated around the other people working in the house at the same time.

Steve completed a thorough review of my AC/Heating system and, although nothing was immediately needed, he took the time to offer his assessment of the current status of the system and to offer considerations of improving my system in the future. Further he took the time to explain why he made his suggestions.

Was able to get a quick installation the day following a quote. Clean crew, respectful to my home and belongings with shoe coverings and covered furniture near working zones while indoors. Responsive with coordinating any changes needed with the city inspection

Steve was fantastic to work with. He was very thorough and explained all the things wrong with our system. He gave us estimates and various options that we could use to rectify the numerous issues with air quality and a typical aging HVAC system.

He has answered questions via text and by phone, even after repairs were done, and has been great at suggesting various followup and scheduled maintenance plans we should consider for the future.

My tub wasn't draining and there was an air sound coming from the toilet bowl when it flushed. I called ARS and they were able to come out really quickly. Turns out tree roots grew into a section of concrete pipe...yada yada. Jason was very polite and professional. Damien was very professional and took great care in making sure I knew what the issues were and my options. They got started as soon as I made my decision and got the work done quickly. Alas, there is another issue to be taken care of so it might not be done yet. It wasn't cheap...but I don't think I was charged any more than any other company would charge for the work performed. I felt Damien and Jason were very personable, trustworthy, and patient. Plumbing issues are the worst...or close to the worst...and having people who are kind, professional, and efficient makes it about as pleasant as an unpleasant situation can be. I appreciate the hard work, the time taken to walk me through everything to make sure I understood the problem and solutions. I would definitely recommend ARS. I can't speak for all the employees, but the ones who worked/are working on my issue(s) are great. Even the subcontractors (I assume it was subcontractors who did all the digging) were polite and efficient. :)

Great service, expert technicians, up to code, certified, bonded, insured. Bought my AC system and water heater and had them installed. The work was professional quality service. Will book them again no hesitation.
