Quentin and Derelle were great! They called ahead to announce their arrival, arrived on time with all the necessary tools to complete the job. Both were friendly, respectful, non-invasive and very professional from start to finish. Very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had during the process. They even cleaned up after themselves!

My ac went out and it was 89 in my house and after I checked all I knew to check I knew I needed a professional. ARS had installed my unit a few years ago and I knew they were prompt and go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied. Walt was very polite and professional. He answered all my questions and explained things to me as he was checking things. He quickly went to work and got my ac back up and running. Thank you Walt! If you have any ac issues I highly recommend the best in town!

ARS came the same day we called. They arrived on time. They were friendly and wore booties so they didn’t track dirt in the house. They fixed the problem quickly. Mike and Kenny were very professional. I will definitely use this company again for any other issues in the future.

The ARS plumbing department did a great job replacing our main sewer line between the home and the street. I give a big thanks to their plumbing team John, Raul and master plumber on site for getting it done in 1 day for us. Thank you again!

Company was very responsive and quick to help. Within 30sec of me filing an issue online, they called me and had me booked. They had a technician on my doorstep first thing the next day. He was very professional and thorough, and had me up and running within no time. 10/10 would use again

ARS came out and arrived when they told me they would which was well after 5pm. The gentleman walked around hmm-ing -offering no solution. He became very argumentative with my husband when service guy asked for a service call fee of $75 for no diagnostic explanation at all either in writing or verbally. (We do have a maintenance agreement with ARS that reduces the cost of the visit). Service man guessed that the lines need to be replaced but he didn’t really know. This was his diagnostic explanation, I suppose. It’s now been about 10 days with no follow up call to schedule some sort of maintenance for fixing the drainage line.
The maintenance plan we bought includes the two mini split units in question (plus other items in our home) that we have bought from ARS over more than 30 years. Both mini-split systems have been completely reinstalled once for serious water backup down our walls onto carpet, replaced heads once on one unit and three time on the other, had drainage lines checked multiple times because of units leaking into the house, replaced drainage lines outside at least once (ARS left old lines hanging) had fan motor replaced on one and the list goes on.
My complaint is that there has been no follow up call to set up a repair and no apology for the incredible rudeness of the service man. The discussion with service man was simply, why charge for a diagnostic visit when nothing was diagnosed and no offer to follow up with a more senior member to assist with the diagnosis.
This is not the norm for ARS. Regardless, it is still disturbing with no explanation for the leak nor how we would should go about repairs.
As of now, the problem is unresolved.

Weeks for same exact issue. Was told the exact same problem, and when I questioned what’s causing it I was told it’s the way it’s designed?! So I have to pay for a service tech once every month or so to come out and fix condensation issues? And then I turn on AC to make sure it works, it doesn’t so he goes back up and says AND you need a new zone board! Now we moved in to this brand new David Weekley home in March 2021 and this board is under warranty. I’m told that the price of the board is $1499.00 (price includes labor) that the warranty covers that BUT we have to pay $442.00 in warranty service fees. The board is only $142 online - I can’t even wrap my head around this. Plus I had to pay for the service call today when the tech didn’t even do due diligence in checking the entire unit and said it was a condensation issue when the board was bad. So which is it, or is it both? And if it’s the same issue you came out for 5 weeks ago why do I have to pay today? Do you not warrant your work? Im so frustrated.

Called and met with someone who looked at our system the same day and had a brand new HVAC system installed the next day. Excellent service by Colton, Austin and Jerell!
So friendly you won't want them to leave 😂

Mike arrived on time, listened to my description of problems and then took steps to identify source of problem. He carefully explained cause and corrective repairs as well as cost, and answered my questions. He did the work in a professional manner and went through the various systems involved to confirm repairs had remedied the problem. Thank you, Mike.

They answered late at night and had people out the next morning for our AC that was giving us trouble. Richard and Tommy were the technicians that came out and they were extremely professional and friendly and helped us with the problem. Didn’t try to give us any sales pitch or anything like that and seemed pretty thorough. Were happy to answer all of my questions.
